EV Extras Avis 

I ordered a 10 metre cable from EV Extras but unfortunately they dispatched a 5 metre version. However after contacting them by email they apologised and arranged return of the wrong cable and dispatched the correct one which arrived within 2 days. Highly recommended and would definitely use this company in the future.

What a glowing example of sincere customer care & service.
Only a small order but asked if possible for early dispatch as I needed to charge my car for use over the weekend.
Didn’t really hold out much hope as I only paid for standard delivery.
However, I received a reply immediately to say my 13amp EV socket had been updated to overnight and so received it early yesterday ( Saturday morning) allowing me to charge for use over the weekend.
What more can I say.

Exceptional company and service! Not only we received our item very quickly and it was well packed but we had to exchange it (due to a mistake at our end) and an exchange was sent within minutes of the request. No doubt this is the best experience we have had with a supplier recently. The phone is also answered very quickly. Very professional and highly recommended.

Great product. Excellent value and swift and secure delivery. Would recommend for a PHEV or for a temporary charging solution whilst driving if you do not have a formal electric vehicle charing point.

Purchased outdoor socket suitable for 13amp EV charger

I left a message on the company's answerphone, and was called back within the hour. A faulty charging lead was replaced by next day delivery. Exemplary customer service

I received on time as discussed over the phone, Item arrived an fitted accrording to the requirement of the vehicle. It was a great experience with the customer service.

Update, I was contacted by EV Chargers and as the product was incompatible rather than just an unwanted return they made the full refund so I’ve increased to 4 stars based on the customer service but a shame the product wasn’t suitable.

The outside socket was described as having extra room for an EV Granny cable. It didn’t fit the standard granny cable from Volvo so wasn’t usable and then it cost £7 to return for a refund.

So overall not a great experience but the quality of the outside socket seemed ok and the customer service to get the refund was fine.

Ordered socket first socket not delivered but company sent one next day delivery. Excellent service.
