PLEASE SEE THE UPDATE BELOW THE ORIGINAL REVIEW - Had I known that EV Extras used Yodel for next day delivery I would never have used them. Needless to say this isn’t explicitly said on their website… did it turn up next day… nope, unsurprisingly. I’m sure your products are great, unfortunately your choice of delivery partners is abysmal… you would have thought someone in the company watches Panorama…

So, EV Extras got in touch and while the result wasn't prefect (i.e. the cable took another day to arrive) they did bend themselves double sorting out the issue and threw in a discount to boot...
I think it's important to recognise that things don't always go perfectly, but the measure of a person or organisation is how they deal with and resolve those bumps in the road... an excellent response to an imperfect situation... I'd definitely use them again.
I've left the star rating at 1 though because in my experience people read the 5* and the 1* when making a decision, so here you go...

Great customer service. Ordered the wrong length of charger. Real human on the end of a phone. Able to order the correct length without sending first back. No extra charges for sending back.

3 pin granny charger lead for my EV. It’s slow but it does the job. Never overheats, never fails to charge and has survived outside in all weathers without any issues.

Arrived as promised and did what it said on the box.
Actually Arrived in a bag but you know what I mean.
Works perfectly.

Very good customer service. I was advised in advance that parts of my order would arrive on different days. And when I did have an issue with one courier, they were very helpful in getting this sorted.

Ordered a 5m type 2 charging cable which was delivered promptly by DHL (a reliable courier) on my specified day. Cable was very good value, has a guarantee and appears to be of very good manufacture quality. Notably, the plugs push into car and charger sockets very smoothly, which makes life a little easier. It is charging my EV effectively; meaning I now can dispose of my failing old one. I recommend EV Extras.
