I used this company to get my table cloths for my 60th birthday party which was delivered very quick and the quality very good and yes I would recommend this company to friends and family and I would use them again the prices are very good for the quantity I got very happy about the things I ordered

Received a pink crush velvet round…
Received a pink crush velvet round tablecloth. The tablecloth is lovely but it is 5 inches shorter than it should be. It was supposed to be 70 inches and it is 65. I emailed the company but up till now. I’ve had no response. Very disappointing.

Hello Aimee,
I have checked the tracking with our courier and it shows that the goods were successfully delivered on 29th October. Please check with colleagues/family members that they haven't accepted the parcel on your behalf. If still not discovered we will of course request that this be investigated further with the courier.

Further to our conversation over the phone I now understand that the order was successfully delivered very shortly after you wrote this review.
I do apologise for the delay, the courier tracking does show a delivery attempt the day after dispatch, however that was unsuccessful. Having read through the live chat transcript I can see that the CS representative did raise a query with the courier which is standard practice, had that have resulted in the package being deemed lost a replacement would have been dispatched to you immediately.
I appreciate that late deliveries are always inconvenient, frustrating and often when you need the goods urgently however some delays are unavoidable. We constantly review our choice of carriers and their on-time delivery success rates. I am pleased to share that this currently stands at 98.8%

Disapointed
The pads were paler then they looked in the picture, and smaller. Also the returns procedure not as easy as other sites. So I just put them in a cupboard.

I have just investigated your order and can see that you only ordered the poles set. When you place your order on the site you need to make a choice of 'with base plates' or 'without base plates', it seems that you have chosen the latter.
