Won’t honor the terms of their own contract
According to our contract, we have a right to have the payment recalculated every 30 days based on actual revenue. This organization refuses to follow their own specified process as written in the contract they provided to me. They have repeatedly threatened me despite never missing a payment.
They are willing to reduce the payment to 60% of daily revenue, but not the 16% in our contract.
Omar yelled at me in both English and Spanish and I asked many times to work with someone else.
Here is their claim: “We treat you with the utmost respect and confidentiality, like a partner, not just a customer. We take great care to learn and understand the needs of your business. We are constantly striving to provide quality service.“
This has not been my experience as this man continues to attempt to intimidate me and will not answer why Everest doesn’t have to honor their own agreement.
This is why people hate MCAs as they are predatory.
Look elsewhere. There are better options than Everest.
