We were recommended to Mark when my Mum wanted to change her will. He visited us in her home and was both professional and personable, putting us all at ease with a process we were unfamiliar with. He was thorough in the questions he asked my Mum and made sure the changes she was making were being driven by her own wishes and needs. He explained everything clearly and checked we were happy with the advice he was giving. After the meeting, Mark sent the draft of her new will back to us very promptly to check, and he encouraged us to ask further questions if there was anything we were unsure of before the will was finalised.
