Installed the next day we called
Installed the next day we called. Would have given them a 5, but had to call to remind them to bury the cable after 3 weeks.
I just connected service for about a month. It has been great.
The tech was knowledgeable and had no problem connecting my service. He also gave me some good useful information about my system. This has been the best installation experience in 30 years. The service has been very good with zero interruptions. Love it.
Installer asked if we'd like an earlier install and it went great
Installer called asked if we'd like the install time moved up, I said great and 30 minutes later we were connected to the Internet. The installer was personable and knew what he was doing

Better ping for gaming is a plus! Though I thought I was getting fiber, to my house, not "to the node" (cable).

A bit of a disappointment as I was hoping for a very affordable fiber package and a nice fast upload speed. Instead with my 500mbs download speed I am saddled with a "paltry" 15mbs upload. Which can easily be saturated by using a remote connection software for work. Nevermind video conferences which now gets done using 5g instead of wifi much to the frustration of the company I work for since one usually means I'm using the other in tandem.

What didn't go wrong is the question. I met a nice group of people at an event being held at our pool. I was promised 3 months of free service and then $50 a month for 1 gig fiber. It started out fine but when they went to bury my line they left about a 3 foot trench of the wire exposed and my dog chewed on it. I called to have someone come out and now it has been about a month and the wire is still draped over my fence. On top of that I received a bill the first month instead of not being charged. I called in and after about 20 minutes on the phone I was told that they reversed the charges. It's about 3 weeks later now and I just received a notice of disconnection because I didn't pay the invoice I wasn't supposed to be sent in the first place. You guys need to get your act together.

A bit too much buffering but otherwise fine
The service is generally good, but a few too many times the internet has been buffering and I almost never had that with my previous service.
