The product advertised on FB looked nothing like the one I received. A 3D model printed is more aligned to what I received. A total scam! By the way the lamp caught fired and melted the bottom base. Fortunately the home owner was there to see smoke billowing from the lamp and was able to extinguish any further threat. I have photos that can be shared.

I am so disappointed with this business. My son was moving 5 hrs away and I bought one of the "mineral infused" mugs for Christmas. He's all about crystals. What I received was a piece of garbage. A box with styrofoam with Chinese characters. Looked absolutely NOTHING like the picture on their website. I reached out and asked for a refund and was asked for pictures, I sent that and I was told that I could not get a refund because all the reviews the mugs have, have received only positive reviews. I was told that all they could do was give me a 10% refund, which is nothing. They take forever to even reply to me. Pure garbage.

Negative 1000!!! What a terrible case of deception by this corrupt criminal company. Suggests stain glassed lamps for sale, sends plastic garbage with spray paint. Please don’t fall for this!! I feel pretty stupid, honestly, and would like you to avoid it.

I ordered a dog lamp that was supposed to be hand made out of glass and what I received was a plastic mass produced item that came from China.

The 30 day money back guarantee was a scam as I applied for a return and refund the same day we received it and was never given a return authorization.

Now constant emails to support are ignored.
$84 down the drain.

This offer of a stain glass dog lamp is an absolute scam. When I ordered, I initially had trouble with the tracking number they gave me. Then when the tracking number actually worked, it showed shipping from China. So, why does a Toronto based company, going out of business due to the death of one of the owners, ship from China? I called my credit card company and have now received a credit back to my account. Then, the audacity of these scammers was they asked how I was enjoying the product. Well, the cheap molded plastic lamp I received looked like a child painted it. If you fell for this, call the company you made payment through and get a refund. I am sure these scammers are counting on a percentage of customers just accepting the crappy lamp, and not following up with processing a refund.

I ordered the dog and like most people on this review it was a total scam. DO NOT waste your money! When I tried to ask for my money back they emailed me back saying, " this product was hand crafted and they took pride in every piece they make". What a crock of ....! It's made from dog toy plastic, NOT stained glass!!!

This item is totally misrepresented in both size and quality. I'd be embarrassed to say it is 'handcrafted' 'high quality'. It is made of cheap plastic and NOT stained glass as it claims. They say they are worth hundreds but are heavily discounted. Its not even worth the $79.99 discount price. The fact that they say it is the widow selling off hers and her deceased husbands business cannot be true. They do not respond to emails for returns either. DO NOT FALL FOR THESE POOR QUALITY PIECES.

Total scam and I fell for it. Advertised as local artisan, hand crafted ma & pa hobby and business. BS.
1. The tracker showed airport movement, not local at all.
2. Not the advertised "piece of art", "handcrafted", multi-coloured and textured stained glass lamp I thought I was getting. It is opaque and a single piece of yellow plastic with a little paint.
3. Supposed to be a table lamp. Images show a rather large lamp atop a hall table casting a beautiful glow of light on the wall from the stained glass. Well it fits in my hand and yes, it has a light in it, but since the unit is opaque plastic it can't cast any light.
4. The return policy online seems ok, but "oopsy" the return form link is a fake, there is no form. Nor is there a phone number. Not feeling very optimistic I'll hear from them via email.

Also, online they show so many different breeds of dogs and other animals, really capturing the individuality - gorgeous work. Not the actual product though, it is a blob of a dog, not at all the German Sheppard I bought. It is such garbage, if I can't return it, that's where it will go. I can't look at it.

I am sooooooooo disappointed in this purchase. The picture shows a high quality, hand crafted stain glass masterpiece. This is some plastic small cheap thing that you can't change the light bulb in. Plus it says the size is 7.1 x 6.7 and it is actually 6 x 5. All the photos on the website show a big lamp on a side table the size of a bread box and this is the size of a pop can. Very bad. Hope the lovely looking people on the website are not actually the ones making this, because I can now see why you are going out of business.

This company could improve by being honest. A plastic molded lamp nothing like as advertised. If you want cute okay but a total rip off. Stay clear.

The product is advertised as stained glass but it is just plactic and one item was not what I ordered. now there is no reply to my emails so I say this is a big scam!!!

This is a COMPLETE SCAM from beginning to end. Their whole marketing story is a lie. No one died. It’s not a family business. It’s Chinese junk. I got taken. Do not ever order from here. Not at all as pictured in their ads. The one I got was 1/10th size showing ads. At best this is a cheap nightlight!!!!’

Scam. Dollar store (at BEST) junk. Clearly not a Canadian/Toronto company - China. $80 for a bulldog “stained glass” lamp. Received a plastic blob resembling a deformed dog. Ordered in November. Just showed up today. Good for a laugh. Not much else. They claim trust pilot 4-5 star ratings. Also not accurate.

CHEAP JUNK. Misleading advertising and not what was shown in the picture. Without overstating, these mugs are not worth $10 each.

I would do negative stars if that was a thing and I wish I had searched for reviews first. I purchased the gnome mug and dragon light. The mug was at least glass although it was small and poorly painted. The dragon lamp is an absolute joke. Extremely small and plastic. I’ve also read that it is impossible to get a refund so what’s the point? I’m not spending more to ship them back and not get my money back. Who ever these people are I hope you are proud of yourselves for ripping people off.

What a rip off. They advertise with beautiful stained glass images and give a cheap plastic ugly piece ig trash. Do NOT waste your money.

I would give it less than 1 if I could! What a scam! Says that each lamp is lovingly handcrafted using stained glass. The lamp is made from plastic or resin, not sure which, and is NOT lovingly handcrafted but rather mass-produced by the look of it.

This is a scam. They advertise "hand-made one of a kind, handcrafted sculpture", and "premium materials" made buy a guy named Norman in Toronto. In fact, these are cheap, mass produced plastic lamps out of China. If they're worth more than $5.00 I'd be surprised.

Can someone let me know what the company name is on your credit card statement. I will be calling my credit card company to get the funds back.

I would give this company less than 1 , total garbage ! I ordered a stain glass dog lamp and got a very poorly painted plastic unicorn !!! And a bullshit story on how everyone is hand crafted!!!
