Appallingly non-intuitive, makes you log in again constantly
The app is appallingly non-intuitive to use. It is incapable of remembering login details, and every time you need to go back to the home page (or indeed any other part o the app) it makes you login again with email and password. This happens all the time and makes using the app very frustrating.
Menus are not clear, and there are often no options to just request a GP appointment. Please sort the login issue.

It's the most disjointed experience…
It's the most disjointed experience ever.
You've got to log in multiple times.
Biometric login fails.
The website and App are not sync'd - so one doesn't keep the login information.
A complete shambles of a user experience.
No doubt, the NHS were charged Millions for this heap of rubbish..

cant give a negative -0 but this is…
cant give a negative -0 but this is masked as unknown certificates , it does not give appointments it does not let you book it is another useless app that is not welcome , we use the nhs app which has trusted certificates and this one will be blocked from our phones and pc ....rubbish , outdated ,and possibly dangerous

Easy repeat prescription orders
I find it much easier to order my repeat medication through the app as I can’t always ring the surgery during working hours and I finish work after the surgery has closed
