Disappointed in the service by Everlume. I had purchased azelaic acid cream when I had used the first tube, the cream would not come out, the consistency of the cream felt rough on the skin and very drying. Looked like outdated cream. When I had raised this issue I was told to send pictures of this but at the time I had managed to get the cream out of the tube and just continued using this as I believed this was normal. Came to use my se one tube sent video and pictures to Everlume via WhatsApp and I have now been ignored. Not sure if they have blocked me but my messages are showing on one tick on WhatsApp. Disappointed as I expected better service and communication and believe they only care about providing them with 5 start rating as they would provide you with discount code which the discount code I had received did not work!

I was really pleased with the service. And the product arrived really quickly. No issues at all.

I placed an order and got the email to confirm when delivery was due. I got notification that it had been delivered and a photograph which wasn’t my house
I contacted the company after checking with my neighbours and had a response in minutes
My order had clearly been delivered to wrong address. Right away the company dispatched a new order which arrived in a few days.
If you’re considering ordering please don’t hesitate. Yes something went wrong which was beyond their control but it was addressed immediately
