This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I did receive the mask but it was so uncomfortable I had to return it. I have multiple emails back and forth about the refund that was promised but I have never received it. It was too late to do a charge back. I DO NOT recommend this mask or company. Please do research they don't post negative reviews on the website but if you look there are negative reviews everywhere.

Zero stars if I could

Zero stars if I could. The most uncomfortable mask on the planet but that’s the least of my worries. My mask completely stopped working out of nowhere. I cannot get ahold of anyone through their phone number, through emails- I’ve sent multiple, the customer service box on their website doesn’t work. This company is a complete scam. My mask is sparking!! In California! This device is horrible. I contacted them to see if I can get a new power cord AT LEAST since I paid $150 for this piece of junk- or torture device like another woman called it. I will be filing a claim with the BBB. Buyer beware.

If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was referred to this purchase by a friend who had ordered 3 of them with no issues. I got my mask without the remote control, which makes the product useless. Foyer sending at least 15 emails without ever getting a response, I have given up. A SCAM to be sure. Stay away from this company!!! How can it be they are still sending me emails as if thy are legit. THEY'RE NOT!!

Their LED mask is the most uncomfortable mask ever and so inconvenient with 3-4 different wires tangling and no way to disconnect them from the mask making storing extremely inconvenient too. This physically hurts to wear, the only thing I’ve found that works is just holding it in front of your face or it will leave marks and hurt.

Torturous Product and Service

My mask took a while to ship, but I did receive it -- although one of the "free" gifts was missing. This mask is heavy and very uncomfortable. I tried removing the neck portion, but it still was too painful to wear. It leaves marks on my forehead and nose that continue to hurt all day long. I tried to initiate a return well within the 100-day time period, but they do not respond. I tried six times with no response. The links to their Facebook and Instagram pages on the website do not work. The telephone number on the website has been disconnected. The contact form on their website will not submit. I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau, but I may be stuck with this $100+ torture device.

Either company is out of business or customer service is the worst in the world

My LED face mask broke after 9 months. I had purchased the warranty for repair, replace or refund. I have tried to contact the company for several weeks, and nobody has responded to a single request. Even through their website, when I try to submit to contact the customer service, I get an error message that it cannot be submitted. I don’t even know if they are still in business, but they are still selling products so someone is there.

I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company to try and get my money back and file a claim against them. They are terrible company with zero customer service.

I've order from them and honestly what a mistake on my part. I fell victim to the false rage on their product. While I did receive my product, I tried to contact their customer support email at evertoneinfo...at...thesocialbeauty.com and I never heard from them. They false advertise, on the product I purchased, they state you have one year trial. Well, you'll never be able to reach anyone in their support line to try to return their product. Horrible company. A huge scam. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

This company is nothing but a bunch of thieves. I returned 2 of their crap products 8 months ago and received no refund and no communication - after 2 months they were processing the return, now no communication at all. Also writing them up with BBB and checking into a small claims court via mail. I think they are off of FB due to this SCAM that they are.

I wish i could give them negative stars. They refuse to reply to the multiple emails I’ve sent them but were continually charging my card even after i cancelled my toner subscription. Now my evertone mask broke, and won’t hold a charge, and even though i purchased the lifetime warranty, they won’t reply to fix and replace my device. I’m about $450-500 in on this product w the serums and the mask. Do NOt waste your money or time - I’m furious and have told all my friends to not buy more from them as i easily referred a dozen people :(

Return of shi**y product ignored

I received the red light mask, but didn’t like it because it was extremely uncomfortable despite mitigation attempts. After several requests, I was emailed a return label, sent the mask back, and got tracking confirmation that it was delivered 2.5 months ago. However, I have received no communication about the return. I sent an email and submitted a request for information through the online form, but received no response, and am unable to submit another message through the online form because I repeatedly get an error message. The website provides no phone number. Clearly, they have no intention of refunding this return.

Scam. Do not buy from this company. You might get your order but when you don’t like it and send it back they promise a refund but you will never get it. Check BBB, they have a F.

Don’t buy from this company ! I
returned my bundle with my mask and everything that was $238. They gave me the runaround for three months saying that my refund was processing. But they NEVER gave me my refund. It’s been about six months now I tried contacting them again and nothing. I kept trying to contact them through email because that’s the only way to contact them. They literally stole $238 from me And there’s nothing I can do about it. Plus, their mask is extremely uncomfortable and leaves marks on your forehead. I forgive them, but I just wanna let other people know what they could possibly be in for.

This company is trash

The mask was soooo uncomfortable I ended up sending it back soon after I received it. I contacted customer svc, they sent me a return label, the return was delivered, and now.....nothing. They received the product back on 6/13. They have not issued the refund, won't reply to any emails, and don't respond when you contact them thru the website. I'll now have to file a dispute with my credit card company since they won't issue the refund.

UPDATE: Attempted to file a dispute thru Affirm since I am still being charged - they sided with Evertone even though I uploaded proof of delivery that I sent the product back. So just a word of warning about their shady business practices, they don't support their customers.

Done buying from this company

I’ve had success purchasing from them in the past but like every other review on here, when you don’t get your order you REALLY don’t get your order. I ordered a few things and got a tracking number that doesn’t work. When I emailed them I got an email that sent me a link to my receipt which….doesn’t help. After that it was radio silence from them. I reached out 5 times asking for LITERALLY any update and no reply. Luckily I made a purchase with a credit card and they sided with me in a day. Keep that in mind. Usually when a credit card company refunds your money they do a review of your situation. Takes about a week. Obviously when they looked into Evertone enough red flags went up that they immediately sided with me. ALSO, there is no phone number or online chat which is a huge red flag. Only an email.
Do yourself a favor. There are a million sites selling the same devices that are more trustworthy than evertone. Use one of those.

Never Received My Order

I ordered some products on July 5, and I have still not received them.

There has been no communication about my order other than they were out of stock at that time. I have contacted customer service multiple times and have not gotten response.

This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my wife IN JULY!!

No refund

No refund. I sent return package with tracking which they received within 100 days. They kept saying refund was in process but it’s been 4 months and still no refund. Please don’t do any business with them. Pooooooor service.

Never received the product

Never received the product! No one responds to your email, except an automated message with an invalid tracking number.
I finally had to go through my bank to get a refund. Looks like a scam, as many reviews indicated on the internet.

Stay Away From Evertone!!

Like many others, I was scammed out of my refund. Customer service was very prompt in their responding, until they weren’t. They sent me a label to return the item and then ghosted me. I have attempted many times to contact them, so I looked online and found that others have a similar story. Stay away from this company!
