Don’t let the reviews put you off!

After seeing these reviews I was reluctant to order from here but thought I would give it a go and to my surprise the package came a day early than the expected delivery date! Don’t let these reviews put you off. Quality products as well. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

I had two trial products with my order…

I had two trial products with my order in my shopping basket. But they did not arrived with the order. I contacted them 8 times with every info provided they asked. Each time they asked one more question to proceed. But I already provided. Their customer service is not a reliable one and especially made customer feel bad.

I read the reviews and was skeptical…

I read the reviews and was skeptical given the troubles others have had but received the products in a surprisingly quick timeframe and gift was included.

Overall would use again as I've been a long time collagen user.

Min vare kom aldrig

Jeg bestilte mine vare den 27 marts, og har skrevet lige siden hvor de blev af. Nu er det den 21 april, og der er stadig ikke kommet nogle varer.. Efter JEG har kontaktet dem op til flere gange, sender de mig nu en ny order, lad os se om den dukker op.. Kundeservicen er virkelig skidt. Jeg spurgte om de ville kompensere for mine vare eller lign, men fik at vide jeg kunne få £5 til deres hjemmeside, så man kunne bruge flere penge hos dem. Det er altså så frækt... Der er samtidig en flabet undertone i deres besked kospentance (jeg tog screenshots af det hele, hvis de selv skulle være nysgerrige omkring deres personale). Jeg er bare så skuffet over et firma kan være sådan. De burde lukkes ned.

False advertising

The company is falsely advertising that a free gift will be received of the order qualifies and is of certain amount but then the gift is not received and even after many interactions with the customer services I am not getting any answers. It's a shame as they have really good products on offer. Also I had an issue with the discount codes which again was not very clear why I said what I did in the end. My advice is clear code application and transparency plus no false promises to customers

I’m a long time customer but never again

I’m a long time customer but something has definitely changed lately. I made my order on 28/03 and as of today, 12/04 I’m still waiting for it. My order was split in two, at least some of it appears to be coming from the US and the predicted generous delivery dates have been missed. I won’t be using them again.

Very helpful staff

Although the package was lost in transit I contacted the company via live chat and spoke to a very helpful Maddy who confirmed the above and a refund was issued promptly

Can' Fault Delivery and Decent Price

I read the reviews and despite this info decided to place an order.

Package arrived on the last day it was supposed to which was surprising and all products were there. Had a good experience and can't fault them this time though will try again to see if it's a one off

Awful company, do not touch them

Do not use this company if you are based in the UK. The company ships from the USA.

The delivery was way outside of the delivery timescales so I needed to go purchase from elsewhere. I rang up to cancel and they refused to cancel and refund the order, instead saying I had to wait until the order arrived and send it back. It eventually turned up some weeks after it was due.

But returns need to be sent back to USA and are at your expense. I wanted to return two small vitamin supplements and the cost of return was nearly £25 if signed and tracked, clearly prohibitive.

Do not buy from this company as you cannot properly exercise your consumer rights and the company uses this to their advantage. You can buy just as cheaply in the UK and without the risk that you will lose out.

The Truth

By now you may read lots of negative comments and worried. Let me tell you don't be. This is a very honest and good service company, I would suggest they should change another delivery company.
I also experienced the delay delivery,also have tracking number which can not be tracked. The delivery date was 11nov~22nov and I was leaving UK on 26th nov which made me very worried,so I ask for refund if they can not make me received on time, and 24nov I received the full refund. Then 25nov the parcel was on the floor in front of my door with no signature needed. And later I contacted them to charge me again, they just let me keep it without changing. All I see were not their fault. People write all bad words about this company which I think is not fair. I use on line chat service which is fast and easy, they answer imminently. They reply every time, they refund imminently too. All I have to said was the delivery company's faults make this good company suffer. I am so sorry for them. I will definitely buy from them again, and will definitely recommen to all my friends and relatives too. I hope you guys know the truth.

Shipment hasn’t arrived

Shipment hasn’t arrived, seems stuck in transit for last 3 weeks and counting. And nobody replies to emails. Not sure it was even sent. Maybe company is just a total fraud.

really bad

really bad. The shipment takes so long, you don't know where the package is or when will it arrive. And there are no refunds or cancelations.

It is very bad when you specially need your supplement.

Edit: i have received it after 4 months. Still bad for me though.

Moral: Trust the Reviews

This was the first time I had ordered from Every Health and I should have trusted the reviews. After numerous messages and asking for a full refund as it looked like my item would never arrive, it finally did arrive. I will not be making a second purchase.

Don’t touch with a barge pole

In the UK and I ordered £80 of products. Never arrived… had to initiate a chargeback with PayPal that’s taking forever. Don’t touch this online company with a barge pole

Ordered creatine, came after around 1 week.

Would probably help to be made aware this company is based in Kentucky USA . but I had no issues at all and cheapest prices I could find online!!
