A difficult start, but an outstanding result
I contacted Everyone.org because I urgently needed access to Augtyro (repotrectinib), an extremely expensive oncology medication that was not available to me through the normal healthcare system in Spain.
I was initially very skeptical. Communication at the beginning was frustrating, particularly because it was extremely difficult to reach anyone by telephone. Given the value of the medication and the seriousness of the situation, sending more than €25,000 to an organization abroad naturally required a considerable amount of trust.
I would particularly like to thank both Salsa Azizah and Luigi Apostolico. Salsa guided me through the initial process, helped get the necessary documentation accepted, and made access to the medication possible.
Luigi then took over the final logistics and did an exceptional job. He communicated with me personally, was straightforward about what he could and could not promise, kept me informed throughout the sourcing process, and ultimately ensured that the medication reached the pharmacy in Luxembourg even earlier than originally expected.
I travelled to Luxembourg and personally collected the Augtyro from the pharmacy. Everything was exactly as arranged.
Based on my experience, Everyone.org is a legitimate organization that successfully delivered a very difficult-to-access and extremely valuable medication. Salsa and Luigi's professionalism and personal involvement gave me confidence at a time when that mattered enormously.
My only criticism is that telephone accessibility should be improved, especially when patients are dealing with urgent, high-value medications. But the final result was excellent, and I would use their service again without hesitation.

I've used them to help me get a medication not available where I live 5 times, and they have done a great job every time. They prepared me for what paperwork would be needed ahead of time and always do a great job alerting me when it is needed. I would recommend them to everyone.
