I started treatment when they had a 50%…
I started treatment when they had a 50% off deal, paid for 4 sessions under the understanding I would get 8 in total. When I completed the 4 sessions they said I needed to pay for more. When I looked at the invoice they hadn’t mentioned the promotion. Very dissatisfied with the way they went about this.
Some of the team were great, I did have one lady who did inflict a lot of pain and didn’t seem to care when I was evidently uncomfortable.

To clarify the promotion: the 50% off offer applied per session purchased, with 8 sessions recommended as the full course for optimal results. As only 4 sessions were purchased at the time, the invoice reflected that package accurately. I done my brazilian laser hair removal at Everyskin Chiswick. Bushra was amazing. She done it smoothly. She made sure I felt comfortable. She deserved a 5star from me. All the ladies in this branch were so friendly. Highly recommend them all 🙂

Shout out to Kaz in Chiswick branch, she is brilliant and always gives her honest advice. I started to laser at Everyskin after consulting with her and couldn’t be more happier with my results. Other technicians could miss some spots, but never had this issue with Kaz. I will continue my treatments with her only.

EverySkin Facial experience - Wandsworth
Had a 75 minute facial with one of the team at EverySkin Wandsworth this morning and received incredible service from the start of the facial to the end with the face massage — training for all staff should be up to this fabulous standard. I previously had also had a facial with Giselle at the same location - she was also spectacular. Only constructive criticism for the experience would be to have cotton sheets to cover the body in summer, rather than fleece blankets, as there was no air con.

I didn’t have a great experience in Wandsworth, the lady continued to laser me even though I was in loads of pain, she didn’t give me the option to stop or reduce the strength of the laser?
