Great service, reasonable price

Did not ring the bell.
They came on time, we were out ,they left a note, came next day.Only annoyance was they did not ring the bell, door was unlocked ,so they left package inside

The 5 stars are for Dhiren's speed and efficiency in dealing with a problem. An empty box was delivered instead of the 12 packs of labels I ordered. He replied to my email immediately (apologies - packed by robot) and dispatched my order the same day.

Would not recommend this company for anything they delayed my tv order without no reason I then received an email regarding dispatch then a email saying item is out of stock I also phoned up it’s a mobile phone number clearly someone running a business he doesn’t know how to orchestrate wouldn’t shop with this site for anything

Hi Tamer, We are very sorry to hear that you felt your experience with us was not to your satisfaction, as I did explain to you our suppliers that were supplying the TV you required had put the stock on hold and was not available to ship out, unfortunately we can't ship out what we don't have, it's beyond our control and this was clearly explained to you and a full refund was issued. I know there was a delay in our communications and we have taken this on board and we have spoken to our suppliers concerning your order and the delay for them coming back to us.

Thanks for the phone call to determine which business within our building the delivery was to be made made it feel a very personal service.
The delivery was fantastic very quick.
On the downside one of the brush pens I received within the set the Tomboy ABT No 491 was completely dry I know this was no ones fault and I don't want to return this set due to one dodgy pen.
just thought I would give you my feedback of an overall good experience

Hi Steve, thank you for your feedback, we believe if our customers are happy then we are too. Regarding the pen, we can still have this replaced and by right you should get what you have paid for, drop me an email and I can arrange for a replacement. It could be a manufacture fault.
