Great customer service, and rapid delivery

Had a really great experience with this company. The website is laid out very well to show you quickly what features the rackets have. The racket I ordered was delivered quickly. In the box there was also a note with a bit of info on the company and the owner which had my name on it. Whilst this seems small I felt a personal touch and feel they have a real passion for why they do!

Excellent service. I asked for advice on a new racket, told the team how i played and what i needed and they recommended a racket that had everything i needed. Unfortunately im still rubbish at padel but thanks for the advice team, i love the new racket!

Bought my first padel racket from these guys and it’s perfect from shipping to the quality or racket and then customer service! I get tips and tricks to help improve my game from time to time aswell. Great service great company I will be buying from them again hopefully they sell active wear soon too !

Firstly buying a new racket online is challenging as it’s not always possible to try them first. I got a cheap beginner’s one last year and didn’t know what was best for me. At Everything Padel there was a lovely human, Lucas, to talk to for advice. That’s a BIG bonus. The result is I have a fab racket I enjoy playing with. It fits nicely in my hand, Its much lighter than my old one, I like the the way it gives me a little bit more power when I need it. It looks great too and arrived the next day! One happy customer!

I'm very pleased with all the items I have purchased from Everything Padel, I always read the information provided by Ewan and love the videos that show you the equipment and what it can do. He is very knowledgeable as he uses the equipment he is offering, he is now my go to supplier.

Ordered a dozen EP grips which I love, and will get me through the year. To get a bonus grip as always, made me smile, and along with the sweets, next day delivery, and a great price, what is not to love.

Super impressed. Items arrived very quickly with a couple of little complementary goodies which were a lovely little touch. Grips were cheaper than other suppliers. Added balls in for free delivery. Really impressed. Will use again.

This is the first time I've ordered from Everything Padel.
The items I purchased were good value, and unlike most places, I wasn't robbed by ridiculous delivery costs, which made the overall price, cheaper than most if not all of the other companies.

When the product arrives, I received a nice letter from the owner, explaining who he was, and about the company and he'd taken the time to personally write my name on the letter.

Not only this I received a free Padel grip in the delivery and a small bag of sweets.
It really is the little things that make good companies stand apart and above the others.
I only spent £15 at the shop, so this customer service is amazing.

I'll definitely be recommending to others and returning myself for more purchases in the near future.
