Was such a stressful time. Tenant had caused so much damage and so costly. Tenant hadnt paid rent for many months. Costs were just building up, electricians, plumbers. The property was immaculate before letting out. Everything was checked and cleared through letting agents before tenant had the property. I had FULL insurance cover but the insurance company was not helpful at all and very slow. legal insurance cover became a hindrance and kept delaying - was adding to the stress. Still not heard back from them! Andrew understood the situation and guided the way for me and filled in the appropriate forms. He has such a wealth of experience. Costs are on website so you know exactly where you are. Discussed which section would be most suitable and Andrew dealt with the forms. Tenant is out!!!!! Would highly recommend Evicthem.
