The dress is a very poor quality, polyester type material, also badly made. Comes from China. When you ask for a refund, they ask for lots of photos. Then offer you a 10% discount to keep the dress, followed by a 20% discount. If you refuse that, you have to send the dress back to China using a tracked service, which costs about £20. Definitely not a small family run boutique in London - don't fall for it like I did!
I wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering. I agree this website is a total scam in terms of quality and the personal story. Dresses are like a sack and the poorest material ever.

Purchased what should have been a linen top. When goods arrived (not by Royal Mail) it was made of cheap polyester with no care label. The refund procedures are a joke. That's when you realise its another cheap item made in China under the quise of top qualify. All their promotional information online is misleading and untrue.
Dress took about 2 weeks to arrive, despite claiming it was Royal Mail next day delivery.
Apart from the colour, the dress bore no resemblance to the pictures advertised. No pockets, no gathered detail, no embroidery. Instead of cotton it is made from a cheap synthetic fabric, which does not even have a washing instruction label. I would not pay £10 for a dress like this. Total scam.
Bought a summer dress. Product looks nothing like the glamorous website pictures. Cheap, shiny polyester rather than the cotton-linen blend promised on the website. Label says 100% linen - also not what is promised on the website. Should have read deep into the website - it's based in Hong Kong (business address for returns); shipping times are 3-4 weeks. All the polished website presentation is to lure people in with the promise of quality. It's a slick scam. Stay away!
This company is supposed to be in London, but it’s actually in Hong Kong. The whole thing is a con. The dress was awful, nasty cheap material, the neckline was badly made and it was miles too big. Returning anything involves paying for it to be flown back, and yiucalmostcertainly won’t get your money back.
The dress was cheap synthetic material, badly made and shipped over from China. A real scam. Not at all as advertised. Very difficult and expensive to return as the address is in China. I settled for a 20% refund, but the whole experience was most unsatisfactory.
Avoid. Fake website. Clothes rubbish only fit for the bin. Complete scam avoid . Bank involved dispute.

Dresses are made from cheap, synthetic material, despite one being advertised as cotton. They are insisting on pictures of that dress instead of just giving an address to return the item. The whole sentimental story of not keeping the mum's carefully selected clothes business, seems to entail shipping from China.
