Pre-Built order experience
At first they were very accommodating as I asked for specfic parts and after a day I got a phone call and an Invoice sent, few days later I paid for it. Radio silent until a week or so later when PC rocks up at my door, some parts were side graded to what I chose (GPU) and got a different case then what was on the invoice, Sent off a few emails asking for some clarification and with each email with questions I would get 1 question answered then upon my replies I would more often than not, not get responses. So kept asking via the support on the Website, still haven't recieved anything proving I bought the PC from them besides my bank statement, they did help with the whole 'buy this item get a game promos' but that went nowhere fast. I'd say the experience was annoying but whatever it is what it is.
Side away it did travel across the country packaging was good, had to take apart some of the top fans as they were making terrible screeching noises but that could've been caused by passive damage in travel so I don't blame them for that.
