Honestly cannot rate Evolve high enough. Extremely great service and cannot thank Elaine, Chloe, Kiya and Tiegan enough. We had a really difficult chain and the only consistent positive throughout the experience was Evolve. Great communication and really felt the personal touch from them, they could quite easily have charged us therapy sessions due to the amount of time we spent on the phone with them getting frustrated with other parties in our chain.

A bit of wobbly start, not sure if the app was in teething stages, we thought it was a great idea but actually caused more of a headache than it solved. However the staff were helpful and responsive. We appointed Evolve to handle the sale of our home and the associated purchase. From the outset, and for the duration of the process, we received exceptional service from Laura. The online portal service ensured that we were kept up to date with actions required and the letters and reports were clear and informative. The benefits of appointing a dedicated and experienced conveyancer were readily apparent when compared to the substandard service that others in our chain suffered with. It is generally acknowledged that moving house is one of the most stressful of life's undertakings but Laura ensured that any anxiety was kept to a minimum and we cannot recommend her services enough.

4 years ago when I bought the house took them over 2 years to register it with Lang register (they forgot about me) 2 years later I had to waste my time again to sort out their clumsiness.
Now as I have not learned from the initial experience I decided to give them another change in helping me paying some of the help to buy...I got charged £800 for two checks...and they charged me "full price " for a mortgage because they don't have in the system people who pays off help to buy with their own savings..only with remortgage...
Proper "lawyers" will charge you an arm and a leg.
