Very disappointing experience. I felt assumptions were made about me without speaking to me directly, and comments about me were discussed with my mum instead, who was also a customer. When I became aware of what had been said and tried to address my concerns, I was ignored, while my mum was told to find other support despite not being the person who had raised the issue.

I was also upset that my mental health was cited as a reason why the seller did not feel able to support me as a customer and suggested I should go to my GP instead. Overall, I was left feeling judged, dismissed, and disappointed by how the situation was handled.

Nazma had been very supportive and honest in her approach. Nazma is easy to contact and replies quickly.
I would recommend her.

Firstly, losing weight with the approved drugs is quite costly, but the lady whose business it is, keeps the prices at a manageable level. The service she gives is immediate and professional. She runs an online support group and is there for all her members, to explain queries, suggest best ways of taking your medication and any general tid-bits she comes up with. She won't recommend anything until she's taken it herself and knows all about it. I've been a member for eleven months and am delighted to be in this group, very happily losing weight.
