We're sorry to hear this. We were advised that a return had been sent, however we have not received a return for your order.
We asked for a tracking reference so we could try to locate the parcel for you, but no tracking information was provided. We're always happy to process refunds once a return has been received in line with our returns policy.
As this item has not been received, we're unfortunately unable to process the refund at this time.

Hi Marie,
We're sorry to see this review, however we'd like to clarify the situation accurately.
Your return was received with both items having their tags removed. The 1/4 Zip you purchased had detached tags placed in the bag, and the bottoms were returned without any tags present at all.
As clearly stated in our returns policy, items must be returned unworn, unused and with original tags attached to be eligible for a refund. This is a standard hygiene and resale policy follow across retail.
We always aim to be fair and transparent, and all returns are processed in line with the same terms for every customer.
