Scam! Wish I had checked here before ordering. Received 2 bras that are not as advertised. Misleading website, because it has the customer select a specific band and cup size, however the product shipped is generically sized such as S-M-L-XL like a Tshirt. I did not bother to try on once received, but did measure the band with a tape measure and it’s several inches less in circumference than ordered. Additionally, return process is laborious. Had to navigate through several links, upload photos, and now have an email confirming “a customer service rep will reach out to you”. OMG what a joke.

This bra is the hardest to get in with several different layers of fasteners on both sides. It is uncomfortable to wear and I am so sorry for the purchase.

Why didn't I check Trustpilot first??? This is definitely a Ponzi scheme ripoff. The bras look nothing like what you see in the advertisements - an 'extra large' bra was a Medium at best with tiny armholes.

Returns are a veritable obstacle course - a series of obnoxious questions and then demands for uploading photos of the shipping labels and their product showing defect.

Worst of all, even if you meet their requirements of seeking a refund within THIRTY days of purchase, you're ONLY gonna get 1/2 of your purchase price back. Live and learn - move along and buy your underwear somewhere else.

Secret porn maybe and False advertising- my daughter wears a size 34DDD bra- basically impossible to find-so whenever we find one we order, but instead of the 34DDD- we received a standard size large sports bra which is not even close to same in size and cup. Requested return and was told that is isn’t their mistake but mine because I didn’t know that 34DDD and a large actually are the same size and that “can be confusing”. They have denied return or refund request as they want me to send pictures of my daughter in the bra to prove it doesn’t fit or they won’t refund my money. Worse than crooks- pedophiles!

But in their return section they say >>>!!!>>>
"Items like panties/socks/inner-wear/bra-pads/shapewear are non-returnable due to hygiene conditions.."
So you are led to believe you can return any item when you are purchasing and that's just not the case! CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!

The bras that I ordered don't fit right and unable to hook them being over 65 with not good hands so I was excited to get them figuring a hook will be easy but two hooks and velcro to much! Ordered in Jan 2026 and my name is Donna Garnes at 311 1/2 North Franklin Rd. Titusville pa 16354 got 2 bras 1 at reg price the other $19 can't find email can't wear please refund money!

I ordered a bra that was supposed to give back support and front closure. What a joke. No support at all and flimsy material. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered

This company is a scam, pure and simple. I have 2 bras that don't fit and no refund being given, even though they say they will refund money if not satisfied. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

So I ordered 2 front closure bras, from what I was mislead to believe was an American company...NOT made in china, cheap, thin, and hit or miss items! These poorly made bras offer zero support, they are oddly made as the straps have no adjustment tabs nor do they stretch, which makes it diffcult to pull over the shoulders as it does not give under the arms making it impossble to pull on once the front hooks are in place. Oh and the "cups" have zero support, the fabric is so thin you can see your nipples through the paper thin layers of clothe and lace! Customer Service is a joke they offered to refund half of my money and I can keep the bras WHAT? I get to keep 2 bras that I can't do anything with and they get to keep half of my hard-earned cash! Ha-ha this is bait and switch at it's best! I've gotten several return offers, each worst than the first! BEWARE Ladies!

Ordered two bras size 34 (M). They sent one that was 24 inches and almost no stretch -and it was not the style I ordered. The cups on the 2nd bra were so close together that I cant imagine it would fit any human. They aren't following their own return policy and are trying to get me to settle for less.

Purchased 5, size was inaccurate , difficult to connect in front, google shows their address as a house. Finally got through to customer service, they offered a 70% refund if I donated them to a women’s shelter. NEVER received a refund so I disputed through my CC and they refunded my the full amount. Seems like a scam from the get go.

Sure wish I had checked this site BEFORE purchasing these awful bras. Don’t want a discount, don’t want to pay return shipping (way over priced). Want ALL MY MONEY BACK.
Nothing like the ads, way too small in the cups. Why should i pay for shoddy merchandise?

I ordered three bras in a generous size. What arrived were three bras that were at least 6 inches too small in the band. Now the company is foot-dragging - offering a return deal, offering a discount on an exchange, suggesting a different size that is far different from my usual bra size. I am demanding that I return the bras for a full refund. No return information yet.

Their product is poor quality and when you try to send it back they do not respond to you so literally you lose your money they need to be turned in so they're not doing this other people.

The company website shows it location in Gorgia. I live in Indiana & shipping should come in no more as 5 days. A week passed & beside the company 17 times sent confirmation of getting order nothing happened. I contacted thru the email (attached window to contact) their C/S. After 2 weeks got an answer that my package went thru Costom checking. If the company is in USA why have Custom Inspection. Now it's clear that they are sending the bra from foreign country, which is not disclosed while you shop.

I order a bra from them they have serval bra sites they all say the same thing. I had a feeling it was useless trying to get a refund for the 2 bras that have ZERO SUPPORT

Needed to return item for refund. I had 2 choices exchange or I get 50% of my payment and 50% off new purchase. I copied the return policy and emailed it to them, then I asked for a full refund. Never will I order from them again. And no phone number for customer service 😒

Wrong size sent, and tried to call and no customer service number at all, won't order from them again 😡

Worst bra ever! Beige is actually orange. No support. Shoulder straps are the worst. Thin material and no support. Rest of the bra is flimsy and worthless.
