Rachel was brilliant

Rachel was brilliant : there at every step of the way and always on hand to answer any questions regarding the sale / viewings, giving clear honest advice . Being on call 24/7 for viewings made all the difference with last minute requests for viewings including evenings and weekends .I highly recommend Rachel and Ewe Move , professional , friendly and knowledgeable.

Very poor quality service

Very poor quality service. Luckily we are not using these cowboys directly. We are stuck in a long chain and waiting to exchange due to this company not checking the mortgage paperwork initially. They are a nightmare to correspond with and have no motivation to help the 13 individuals in the chain who have been waiting for 5 months.

Five-star service from start to finish

We had a fantastic experience purchasing a house with the help of Stuart Smith from EweMove Warwick. He was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable about the local market, and made the entire process feel manageable.

We were part of a long property chain, which can often be complex and stressful, but everything went smoothly with Stuart’s support. He kept us well informed throughout and handled the process with professionalism and efficiency.

Stuart was also very flexible, always accommodating our schedule for viewings and appointments, and he responded quickly to all our questions and requests. We always felt supported and reassured.

We would highly recommend Stuart and EweMove Warwick to anyone looking to buy a property.

Motivated, quick & transparent!

CHESTER WEST (James Coe)

What a legend James is! He managed to get an offer on my home in less than a week for above asking price. Fantastic communication, down to Earth, refreshingly reliable and the best combo of having a sense of humour yet keeping everything professional.

Keep doing what you’re doing James! Couldn’t ask for a better estate agent 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Would not recommend!!

Me and my partner found a house we loved and went ahead with the tenancy application straight after viewing.
Things were moving very quickly in the beginning and within 24 hours they asked for our holding deposit, which we paid.
This is where communication really began to decline. We provided all information for ourselves and our guarantor. However, after over a week we were not further along in our application. This was until we received an email to congratulate us on our application being successful.. sounds great right?!
Unfortunately not as later that day we were told to ignore that as the email is automated and we were back to waiting.
The following day, 10 days after applying, we were told our guarantor did not meet the requirements. This was not a problem and we straight away provided another guarantor. The second guarantor began the application process and we were hopeful things were progressing.
We were then asked for our move in date.. again to be told it was automated and told to ignore.
Almost a week in to the second guarantors application we were then told then told that the landlord was no longer willing to rent to us as we had switched the guarantor without his permission.
We very clearly explained to them that the decision to change guarantor was due to Ewemove requesting this and had it not of taken them over a week to tell us they did not meet the requirements, we could have provided the second guarantor in the first place.
Despite our efforts we were told there is nothing they could do and that they would return the holding deposit.
It has now been 2 weeks and the deposit has not been returned. We have called numerous times but get no answer. Very unimpressed with service we received and definitely will be avoiding Ewemove in the future!’

Exceptional service selling our house.

We sold our house in Wellesbourne with Stuart Smith at EweMove and would wholeheartedly recommend him. He made us feel like we were his No.1 priority at all times. He was in constant contact to keep us up to date with progress and went above and beyond in guidance, advice and help which enabled a quick sale and completion. Exceptional service and thoroughly professional individual.

Very disappointing and overpriced service

At the beginning, EweMove Blackheath gave a good impression and seemed professional. Because of this, I chose their most expensive package, expecting a high level of service.
I also paid extra for an additional media/photography package, which turned out to be a complete waste of money.
Their fees are extremely high — 15% of the monthly rent — so naturally I expected a professional marketing service. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
The photos they took were very poor. Instead of clearly showing the main areas of the flat, they focused on random, insignificant details. Several photos were misfocused or badly framed, and important parts of the property were not properly shown.
The listing was also published with very few photos and missing key information about the property. Important details were left out of the description, which made the advertisement look incomplete and unprofessional.
Because of this, very few people showed interest in the property. Over two months they only arranged a small number of viewings, and they failed to secure a tenant.
To make matters worse, during one of their viewings they broke my balcony door by operating it incorrectly. They initially acknowledged the issue and agreed to pay for the repair, but when I sent them the invoice they replied saying that I would need to wait until they return from their holidays in two weeks.
The most frustrating part is that after ending my agreement with them, I advertised the property myself using OpenRent and found a tenant in just 3 days.
Considering the very high fees, poor marketing, lack of results, and damage caused to my property, the service has been extremely disappointing.
I would not recommend them.

EweMove helped UsMove

From beginning to end, Lisa from EweMove has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. She has tirelessly liaised between vendor and buyer, always keeping us updated of any developments and has been on the ball the whole seven months. When it came to completion and she gave us the keys, she was as happy as we were and I actually felt like she had become a friend. It was tough working with the mortgage company and solicitors, but we got there in the end. Thank you Lisa for everything you did to help us. We really appreciate it. I would highly recommend EweMove.

Great experience.

With a family and all the responsibilities that come with it, Graham made this entire process feel effortless. He was not only professional and punctual, but his quick responses—even outside regular hours—gave us so much peace of mind. Honestly, balancing our family life while moving was a breeze thanks to him. It’s been a truly fantastic experience, and we’re grateful for his dedication.

Ewemove is nightmare

If you are looking for extremely poor customer service, Ewemove definitely meets your expectations.
Over the course of three years, I faced serious and ongoing issues, including major leaks, broken appliances, faulty windows, and excessive delays in repairs — some of which remained unresolved for an unreasonably long time. For example, you might not believe it, but the window was broken. I sent multiple emails, they came to inspect it, even took measurements, and yet after three years, when we left the property, the window was still broken.
Communication was consistently unreliable. Emails and calls were frequently ignored, and once rent was paid, tenant concerns did not appear to be a priority. I was also repeatedly given conflicting and misleading information about whether and how the landlord had been contacted, which created confusion and undermined trust.
After three years, I eventually spoke directly with the landlord, who stated that they had not been informed about several of these issues. This directly contradicted what I had earlier been told by the agency, where I was informed that the landlord was aware and had declined to act.
This did not seem to be an isolated issue with one individual; rather, it reflected a wider pattern, including after the transition from Salisbury to Winchester. After seeing this kind of behavior and service, it became very clear to me why the Salisbury branch was closed.
Regarding the return of my deposit, despite speaking with James before handing over the property and clearly asking that, at the very least, this be handled properly and on time, more than three weeks passed after checkout. During this period, I sent multiple follow-up emails and chased the matter, yet received no response.
It was only after I stated that I would take legal action that the deposit was returned within a matter of hours. Apparently, what should have been a simple click was treated like rocket science — somehow taking three weeks to complete. Working with them has truly been a nightmare.
I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution before renting through Ewemove. Save yourself the stress, learn from my experience. You've been warned.

Ewemove disgraceful

Ive been trying to book a viewing of a property at 40 Worksop road Aston Sheffield via Ewemove at the Dinnington so called branch!! They don't get back to you because they are a franchise or closed.
Managed to eventually get through to Begona.
I arranged my viewing around her and her personal life for 12pm, she then asked if she can change it to 1.30pm.
She then phones because there's a problem with the key and cancels my viewing!! Speaks over me with my concerns, the hangs up on me!
Do not use this Branch for sales!!
Or for sales come to that.
I'm going to call into the neighbours to see if they have the vendors contact details. WHAT A JOKE.

I had a great viewing experience with Alistair who showed me around a property in Selhurst. Any questions or extra information I asked for was provided very quickly. His professionalism made for a very pleasant and easy viewing/decision making experience. Would recommend!

We cannot fault Claire from EweMove St Helens. Professional, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and also on hand to give advice and help. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her over the competition in our area. It's just like having your very own 'personal estate agent' working with you! Top marks!

Highly recommended!

Lennè was very professional and honest throughout the whole viewing. She knew the property very well, and was able to answer all our questions, as well as give advice. Definitely would recommend Ewe Move to anyone looking for a property, or thinking of selling.
