I meet a friend who had been scammed by exalibre broker, whose name is ifrah hassan a kenyan national i recommended anyone willing to do bussiness with this broker to be vigilent and think twice.
I have personnally seen her account screeshots which she took for referencees and her account was suspended and her money was withdrawn by the broker without her consent.

Licenced broker with good support
I have been trading for 10 years so far, and for me it's important that the broker is fully licenced and provide quick customer service which XLibre has along with licences. I think that everything is agree that when it comes to money, one should be sure his investments are in good hands.
This broker's platform is user friendly and support service top notch, polite and attentive to my needs.
Have been trading with this broker for 6 month already. No issues for now, the withdrawals are fast.
