Exchange4free South Africa Avis

Thank you Carmen for your excellent service. You sre the best

A big thank you to Carmen for providing such efficient service. All our queries were answered immediately and the whole process was seamless.

Once again Exchange4free has gone beyond the normal. Carmen Ruiter whilst dealing with my difficulties in coping with the data etc. required for recent updates showed nothing but a kind, warm hearted professional approach. She did all she could to help me terminating in successful results. She is a credit to your business.

A fantastic experience. Carmen and Mercia were incredibly friendly and efficient, answering all of my questions promptly. The account was opened in less than 24 hours. The service was seamless and probably one of the best experiences I have had since leaving the UK 2 years ago. I would highly recommend the E4F team!!

A lady named Carmen took over our case when a previous person left the company, and from the outset she was friendly and efficient, and had the situation sorted out with very little time and no fuss. We had to wait for action and responses from the Tax office, which required regular chasing; what I particularly liked was that she took the trouble to keep in contact with us, every week, even when there was nothing to report. That regular contact made us feel secure that someone WAS on the case and we had not been forgotten. Many thanks to Carmen and her Team.

From start to finish the service and help I received from Exchange 4 free was beyond exemplary. They were completely professional but so approachable and kind as well. I literally couldn't fault them and highly recommend Exchange 4 free.

Professional and a pleasure to deal with

Wonderful service and expertise
Would highly recommend anyone needing their services. You will receive professional advise and assistance.

The staff at Exchange4free are very professional and helpful. It was very easy to make the transfer and the money was paid over within the expected timeframe. Great job. Thanks.

I had a very positive experience with Exchange4Free. I was giving up hope on getting my funds transferred over from South Africa to the UK with the complications of SARS etc and they helped me through the whole process and completed all the transactions highly efficiently. I would most definitely recommend them for money transfers.

I found the service I received very friendly, professional and prompt. I have no hesitation in recommending E4F.

A highly professional team. My dealings with Connie, Mercia and Marco has always been super efficient and totally hassle free. My experience with this team has been over a two year period where they have assisted with the transfer of funds to various accounts around the world, obtained tax clearance certificates and provided excellent advice. I will continue to deal with them when I move to Australia.

I have used Exchange4free for transfers of funds from SA to Australia. They respond promptly by phone and email and the transfers have been reliably and efficiently carried out. I will definitely continue to use them.

Truly excellent, efficient and outstanding. If ever you have worked with the forex departments of banks the phone rings forever, you get cut off, they make mistakes, they overcharge exorbitantly (steal ?) on the rates and you can never trust them. There is nobody else that comes even close Thank you Xchange4fee....SALUTE !

Mercia Naidoo and the rest of the team were absolutely wonderful to deal with. From start to finish, they took care of EVERYTHING!!! I cannot be more pleased.

Customer service and attention to detail was OUTSTANDING throughout. I don't normally do reviews, but I just HAD to with Exchange4free!!!

Thank you for making it easy to transfer the funds from South Africa to Canada!!!

Through absolutely no fault of Exchange4free, this whole experience, for me, was atrocious - caused partly due to my inexperience at on-line banking and a great deal due to problems online with the bank of origin. It took nearly 2 months to complete. HOWEVER, Marco and the staff at Exchange4free were excellent - patient and helpful at all times. Thank you so much Marco and 'the girls'

My wife and I have been dealing with Marco from E4F ever since we left SA for New Zealand 5 years ago. The service has been exceptional every time we have had to make a transaction, of which there have been several over this period.

Marco is extremely punctual with his phone calls and emails, always clear and accurate in his explanations. The whole process has been painless.

I cannot recommend E4F highly enough.

Regards

Carlos
