I would not hesitate to recommend them, thanks very much for everything. Will definitely use you again. And the payment was in my bank immediately, and the price was way better, than anyone else offered.

Easy process
Easy process, best price for me, lost a star just because of the amount of circles I went round in to get the initial sales information started and paperwork done and people not calling me back but that was on Big wants your car side mainly, better communication needed between the two parties, however exchange my car were pretty quick and helpful resolving some teething issues. Would use again.

Not sure how I got onto these I think I…
Not sure how I got onto these I think I was referred by another site but the experience was good. My car had a part exchange value of £8000 at the dealership and I was offered £10500 I think by the initial process. I spoke to big motoring world who made the offer and it was reduced to £9800 over the phone after I told them about scratches etc. I proceeded with the offer and they have just collected the car and transferred the money to my bank. I think if you are honest about your car they will make a fair offer and keep to it. I rate Big Motoring world who probably did all the hard work for this review.

Sold car through online car exchange
The only criticism I have is doing an over valuation initially and then it changes by £1k. We was very honest with our initial appraisal so clearly they over value to draw you in. Did get a better price than some of the others were offering though. Payment made at the same time as collection so all good there. The whole process was pretty straightforward
