Feedback regarding commercial relationship with Anthony MPAKA & EXODUS HOS LTD — Public Facts & Notice
I am posting this review to document my commercial relationship with Anthony MPAKA and his UK entity EXODUS HOS LTD. The program is marketed as mentoring for closers wishing to structure their "Head Of Sales" offer.
If you are considering subscribing to his sales coaching (sold between €3,500 and €20,000), here are the precise and verifiable facts you should know before committing your money.
I have currently paid a total of €5,000.
1. Legal and Administrative Anomalies of the Entity
Before even discussing the content of the training, the corporate structure poses a major legal issue:
UK Companies Register Status (Companies House): The entity EXODUS HOS LTD has been subject to a compulsory strike-off procedure initiated by the UK Registrar since August 4, 2026 (Status: Active — Active proposal to strike off).
Loss of Registered Office: As of June 25, 2026, both the registered office address and the director’s service address were removed and legally defaulted to the Registrar’s sanction address in Cardiff (Companies House Default Address) following the termination of its registered address agreement.
Payments Collected Without Invoices: After an initial deposit of €1,000 collected in June, the remaining balance of €4,000 was collected on August 26, 2026, without any invoice being issued, while the company no longer had a valid registered address and was under a compulsory strike-off procedure.
An entity managed from France by a French tax resident, operating without a valid registered address in the UK and collecting payments without proper legal invoicing, directly exposes the operator's personal liability.
2. Unilateral Post-Payment Offer Modification
After paying the June deposit intended to lock in the terms of the offer, the scope and conditions of the service were unilaterally modified without my prior consent, imposing terms different from those initially agreed upon.
3. Non-Performance of Contract
Scope of Service: The coaching agreement provided for 4 months of support, structured around 1 weekly call (representing 16 planned sessions). At the time of my formal refund request, only 1.5 sessions had actually taken place. While the start date of the program was postponed at my request, this demonstrates that I did not request a refund after consuming the majority of the sessions.
Pretext to Retain Funds: Following two missed calls on my end (unanswered), the director claimed that his "time" had been consumed, using this as justification to keep the entire €5,000, before offering a partial refund of €2,500, stating he was being "very nice" because, according to him, "99% of people would have refunded nothing."
4. Communication Asymmetry and Customer Support Issues
Once the funds were collected, communication became noticeably rigid: the founder required all communication to be strictly in writing (refusing to receive voice notes), while continuing to reply with voice notes himself. This demonstrates a clear intent to scale rapidly at the expense of service quality and respect for early clients.
Current Status and Ongoing Actions
Given the non-performance of the service, the absence of an official invoice for the balance, and the strike-off status of the UK LTD entity, a formal legal process for the full restitution of the €5,000 is currently underway through my legal counsel.
Recommendation: Exercise extreme caution. Always demand a contract governed by French law, proper Terms and Conditions (CGV), and verify that you are not paying an offshore shell entity without real legal existence before transferring any money.
