Our experience with exotica was incredible thanks to our guide Mehmet and our driver Ferit. Mehmet’s knowledge of the history of Türkiye was delivered with sincerity and ease. Ferit’s warm smile and welcome every morning was contagious. Each man worked diligently to make our experience memorable. I cannot say enough good about either one. They made the trip what it was. If we were ever to return to Türkiye, I would only return if Mehmet was leading the group. That is how good he is. We certainly never felt unsafe with Ferit at the wheel of the bus. Incredible! My husband and I would highly, very highly recommend a tour lead by Mehmet and driven by Ferit. We have travelled many tours (Morocco, Spain, Portugal, Greece and France to name a few) with Exotica but this tour was the best mainly because of these two gentlemen and the excursions we selected.

This was our first tour as a family with Exoticca, the 8 day tour of Morocco with our guide Filali Abdelali. The tour itself is thorough and bespoke, taking you from Casablanca and Fes through the desert into Tingier and Marrakech. The night in the Sahara was a particular highlight, with a camel ride into the dunes to watch the sunset. Our guide Abdoul was wonderful and funny throughout, making it clear to come to him for anything we can may need. We had few complications on our trip (luckily!) but he went out of his way to look after us (sometimes it felt like herding cats, I’m sure) and even organised a birthday cake for my mum’s birthday that happened on the holiday, as well as some bottles of white wine in places he knew we wouldn’t find alcohol.

Overall we had a fabulous, memorable time, and loved our stay in Morocco.

It was an informative and interesting tour. We got to visit main sites and had the opportunity to experience authentic Moroccan food at lunch. Most of the hotels were good and well equipped.

Our Morocco tour with Exotica was amazing. Our guide Filali Abdelali kept us on schedule and made sure that even with road closures that we had time to visit all the stops. Any needs or questions we had, he went above and beyond to respond and made sure the entire group was accommodated for. I highly recommend this trip to Morocco and Filali Abdelali!

I booked a trip with Exotica for my sister in law and I to Italy. We booked on December 31st, and it was advertised that it was the last day of the sale. I called, booked it and upgraded our seats to premium economy. My sister in law who resides in BC noticed that they were offering a pre stay in Castellamare di Stabia for 2 days. It was going to be an additional $300 per person. On January 1st, 20226 I called Excotica to see if we could extend our vacation and was told "NO". Beside the fact that hold times to speak to someone was anywhere from 45 to 75 minutes I persisted and was told" no changes" every time I broached the subject. I asked to speak to a manager and 48 hours later no one has called me. I have filled out 5 forms on their site and am still waiting for someone to call me back - again asking for someone in authority. No customer service. Then to add insult to injury I just paid to pre book seats on our flight, even though we upgraded to Premium Economy which cost $1,400pp an additional charge of $500 USD was added to ensure we could sit together. I am very disappointed to say the least with no follow up phone call from a manager. With Exotica the deposit for our trip was $2,300 pp and if I could we would cancel this trip asap! Beware - this company offers no customer service but will take your money immediately and you are on your own. Shame on them and again I urge any traveller who is thinking of booking a trip with Exoctica to be very careful.

The scenery in Morocco is so amazing, mountains, deserts, the ocean, the cities and the colors. You really have to be there to appreciate what its like. A photo can’t capture the sounds, the smells.
Our guide Yousef was so passionate about his country, he spoke with such enthusiasm and love for his culture. He was very knowledgeable and answered everyone’s questions. He was kind and funny. Our bus driver did an incredible job manoeuvring narrow streets and sometimes heavy traffic and got us to our destinations and still always had a smile on his face. Ismail, the assistant, worked hard to ensure our bags were loaded and unloaded, made sure we all got on the bus and helped us get across some very busy roads. Great team work!!!

Hello and thank you! Our tour of Morocco was really great. This was mostly due to our tour guide, Filali Abdelali He was so knowledgeable and friendly and organized. To orchestrate this trip for 34 customers was a phenomenal undertaking and he did it efficiently and with a smile every day. He was helped of course, by our bus driver and assistant, who were both wonderful as well.

I have excellent experience in Morocco with exoticca also what made me happy about trip my guide Filali Abdelali his nice person give us every single details about every city in Morocco also try to make 100/ 100 that we don’t need anything excellent service thanks filial again we well recommend

Our tour was made extra special thanks to Mohammed Aedelali Filali. He made sure everyone was always looked after and even prearranged the hotels for us, hence no line ups when checking in. All tours should have a guide like Mohammed. Thank you for making this trip so extra special 😀.

Had two good tours to Turkey and China. Both had good guides and itineraries. However the customer service department this year seems to have been severely cut back as its phone service is terrible. I waited over 20 minutes only to be cut off. Their gift coupons should be used by the traveller not the person who paid. We had a struggle to sort this out.

We loved this trip. Mounir was very informative and pleasant to work with.
The bus travel was possibly too long. Maybe the trip could be lengthened by a day or 2. That may be difficult considering the sleeping and restaurant choices. Food was ok with some meals excellent.

Customer service is awful….. after a wait of 25 minutes they hang up on you

We have just completed the Morocco Grand Tour and Kasbah Route. Our guide Filali Abdelai was excellent at imparting his vast knowledge of Morocco, the people and culture. He managed to keep a group of 21 with a diverse background together and on track. The bus driver was amazing as well. We covered a lot of territory in a short time which met long travel days.

the trip we took with Exotica was the Grand Tour and Kasbah Route. Let me begin with our guide, as he is what helped to make our trip memorable. Filali Abdelaili was an awesome guide. He was very knowledgable about his country and the sights we were taken to. He took time to explain the importance of each place we visited. He was patient, kind and very approachable. He kept us on schedule, which is not an easy feat. He was able to troubleshoot any issues which happened to come up whether they were group related or for individuals. He helped me many times to find different items I was looking for to take home as gifts. He gave us his contact number and told us to call (during evening hours when not on tour) if we had any problems or concerns. He is awesome at his job!
The Hotels we stayed at were a solid 3 star. They usually provided the basic amenities such as soap and shampoo. Each night we were provided a buffet style dinner. Each hotel was not much different from the other when it came to menu items. Food was palatable but our group quickly grew tired of it and found ourselves heading out somewhere else for dinner. Hotels were in pretty good locations allowing for walking in safe neighbourhoods. The one think I would change for sure is that they should all have somewhere where a person could have a glass of wine or beer it they desired. Some of the hotels did not have this or allow drinking in public. Exotica needs to cater to their clients.
We were responsible to purchase our own lunches. With this being said, we were always led to a restaurant which was not of our choosing. Sometimes the price of lunch was quite high and the quality of food not very good. Exotica should make sure that if the customer is paying for their own meal they are in a location that allows multiple choices for lunch and not just one chosen by them.
Morocco is a large country that is widely spread out. We spent many hours on the bus commuting from one place to the other. We would drive for 1 1/2 hours or so and stop for a break to allow a drink and bathroom break. The scenery is beautiful and there is much to see.
Our bus driver was amazing! He was very friendly and helpful as well.
Do not miss going to the desert! Make sure your spend one night in the desert encampment and go for a camel ride. It was the highlight of our trip for sure!
So, in the end, this trip was really a great value for the money, allowing us to experience highlights of Morocco in a short period of time. I highly recommend!!

The worst experience specially from Exotica ,I expected nothing less than the best , BUT sadly the worst experience ever, such a bad attitude and not worth the effort or the money Shame on You EXOTICA Naqqach Branch. I bet all branches same trouble!

EXTREMELY DECEITFUL AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I approved a "deluxe" travel plan to Morocco leaving Feb. 16. This itinerary had flight dates and times but no airline names. I requested airline names along with other information like the hotels I reviewed from itinerary were NOT 4 and 5 star rated hotels. Was assured they were and that I could not change them. I paid for the trip BUT when I received the itinerary the flight information changed dramatically - 8 hour layover at JFK - not acceptable. I contacted the sales person - Michael. NOTHING. I contacted via email and telephone customer service. Hold times over 45 minutes - all they could do was "escalate". They booked us on Jet Blue - not an airline I would ever use. The entire experience was horrible. Their customer service was non existent their feeble attempt to "escalate" produced nothing viable. I would NEVER USE THEM AGAIN NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THEM. VERY DECEITFUL AND LIARS.
