Expedited Travel, LLC Avis 

I am surprised at the negative reviews but I guess we will find out. Jhacobia.Blunt was very professional and especially patient as the Post Office person would not sign the Letter of Authorization so we were in a bad situation. I will be sending my information to arrive tomorrow for the 2-3 day process. Wish me luck. If everyone else is like Jhacobia, we will be fine.

I wish I had read these reviews prior to using RushmyPassport. Sent in the end of Sept. for trip last day Nov, paid for expedited 5-7 weeks. Started ok then a week later got notice saying shirt too light. Retook daughter’s photo & paid $59 to overnight. Received notice they got it Oct 6. Then nothing. Started trying to call & email next week, then finally on Oct 13 told received everything and I would get email saying sent to passport office. Then nothing. Finally got through next week & now they can’t find photo, have to do another. Did that & overnighted. Then days later get told overexposed (which wasn’t, daughter is just pale). Did another photo overnighted & when complained they said they would upgrade to 2 week since customers are #1. Hah!!!! Then send in additional info for 2 week but insufficient. I think they’re a scam to extort more money for faster service. I see others have this issue. Now they’re not answering when I tell them just send to US office if newest photo ok (& they still have her old passport)

Edited to add they’ll likely respond since they spend more time responding to bad reviews than anything else. After being told daughter’s signature didn’t match & checking with actual us passport office which said that part didn’t matter, & only info for travel they needed was flight, name & date (which I screenshotted to have all info) & they just needed to print, daughter was done taking off work 5 different times to trek to FedEx to send stuff to them. We just want info sent in the way it should have been a couple of weeks ago.

If I could write a less than 1 star, it would be 5 negative. I am 78 years old and had planned on a trip to Venice with my son so I got all the paperwork together and sent it to "Rush my Passport", a division of Expedited Travel on July 7th, 2023. After getting all the documents together and Fed X'd them to their West Palm Beach Office, as of today which is Sept. 5th, 2 months, I have heard nothing from them. I tried calling and emailing several times with no response. Today I disputed the charge with AX. It's not the money, its the time. Now I have to start all over and hope I am still kicking to go next year. Absolutely the worst service. They are a 16 million $ company so I guess they just don't give a damn. They runed my vacation.

We needed a passport fast. In desperation we signed up with Expedited Travel, LLC. They charged $800 telling us they would get us a passport in 2-3 days. This was false. They mean 2-3 days after the Government 10-12 weeks. You think you will get a passport in 2-3 days but you will wind up being disappointed. Be aware.

I started my passport application in February for a memorial day weekend trip to Vancouver and I am STILL jumping though hoops, calling back multiple times, and adding extra payments to expedite it due to delays. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You're much better off going through your local passport office.

Expedited Travel seems to be the parent company to a bunch travel scam sites. I used there rush my passport service and had the worst customer service experience along with inaccurate delivery times. I would recommend never using any of the services Expedited Travel offers.

They are only looking to take your hard earned bucks and leave you without one. You will pay heavily for not reviewing these comments. Any that are good are from the company. ITS AN LLC! What you do really expect? You don’t get what you pay for. SAFE GUARD YOUR INFORMATION. IDENTITY FRAUD IS ILLEGAL

They do not reply, very frustrating. Afraid I lost my $109.00, I will keep trying into the depths of #ell! New CC is on the way, the bank looking at it what a deal.

This company owns Rushmypassport.com, don’t use them. Do not give them your passport or money. They fail to give proper instructions and fail to keep you notified if there is an issue. I wasted over $400 for passports that never came. I had to cancel our trip that was a surprise 50th for my brother! Go to the US Post Office and make an appointment. Pay them $60 and they will have your passport in 27 days. That’s what my relatives did. We didn’t. We trusted this company. I failed to get it resolved through BBB.

Filled out all the paperwork for a passport over a month ago and could not download it because they had to review it first and so I waited. Had a friend go through the post office at the same time and she received her passport last week. So I have called them several times and left a message for them to call me back. Customer service is nonexistent.
