My family and I had so much fun learning skydiving techniques in the windtunnel! My husband had a chance to test his skills from a few years ago and had a blast! Jacob, our instructor, was super helpful and gave lots of comprehendible instruction which I appreciated! Next time we come back to Australia we will go for another fly!

I have not done the tour, but purchased as a Christmas gift.

I canceled the same day has I book the maid of the mist and didn't realize it was the state side and we don't have passports wanted the canadian side and they won't give me my money back booked July 30 at night for the 31 of July and canceled the same night wanted 24 hrs can't give you 24 hrs notice when it was the next day

Everything was good except I wish the tickets could go right to your wallet on your phone. That would be a nice convenience.

Customer service was a bit sluggish to respond initially but they were helpful.

My scheduled Santa Monica Donut Tour was canceled twice, the day before the scheduled date. Seems that the tour does not get enough registrations for them to follow though on existing confirmed reservations.

Terrible. Spent $500 and my daughter couldn't even use it when she wanted. Kept saying not recognizing gift card.

I hit the wrong button when placing and order and had to email them on a Sunday night. When I woke up Monday morning I had already received a response with help on how to fix the mistake. Very good experience!!

Reschedulung was easy and the lady was so nice in understanding the change request.

Our docent was extraordinary! We learned so much about the buildings, their architects, owners and history.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable, good speaking voice lots of details. Took her advice and had dinner in Lewiston. I was in an electric scooter due to a knee injury and she guided us to wheelchair ramps and elevators. Really appreciate her expertise.

I'm not confused on anything this site was not legit second of all that's the only thing I could do was for a gift what you need to do is do better with y'all site cause if it was legit it wouldn't of showed up as a scram alert on my card before you refunded me you the one confused next time do better with y'all site

I loved being able to see such a variety of things to do in New York - things that may not be on the normal tourist list. I signed up for the guided run through Central Park. The guide was amazing and made running through Central Park fun and informative. The purchase process was seamless.
