I booked and paid for Chelsea Flower Show tickets in June 2024 for May 2025 with free Oyster Cards which were supposed to have been sent in the mail, after numerous emails and phone call to date I have not received the Oyster Cards nor the Chelsea Flower Show tickets, this is a scam website DO NO USE IT.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT, use this company or website. We ordered oyster cards over two months ago and despite following up at least five times have received nothing. We believe this website to be a scam.
Please check other reviews and avoid at all cost.

As below, ordered Oyster Cards and never heard anything despite emails. Completed a transaction complaint with PayPal and suddenly got a reply but nothing resulted. Escalated and PayPal refunded. Consider something like WISE travel cards (so don't have to use credit card) instead of Oyster cards...

Totally unreliable. I ordered an Oyster card from them. The order wasn’t acknowledged and the Paypal payment showed the vendor to be an ABN. On searching the ABN I uncovered the business name and contacted them via email. I didn’t get a response so I emailed again 11 days later. Again no response, so I telephoned only to go straight to voicemail. I then received a SMS asking details of the order. Their excuse was “sorry, we’re busy” When asked for an estimated delivery date they didn’t respond. They did however arrange a refund through paypal. The seem totally disorganised and have zero concept of customer relations.

We Purchased Oyster Cards in January 25, Nearly 2 months later still have not received. Contacted Sydney office by phone no response, email no response. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

Agree with all the comments here. Never received our orders.
Total scam site. Ordered through this company because Australian site. The link to this site MUST be removed. Who monitors this and how long can it remain for others to be scammed. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING!

unfortunately I Ordered Oyster card never got delivered.
Matt is asked about it, don't seems to take any responsibility. no post tracking nothing. he just pockets the money you sent to Pay pal.
I should have looked for credibility before paying online.
I have transact with may .com.au site, never had an experience like this.
someone need to take down this site before Matt rob many others.

Needless to say no tickets, no contact . Phone just has awnsering machine, no reply
Checked with Royal Horticultural Society - never issued any tickets to anyone called ExperienceUK

Beware – Scam Alert!

I strongly advise against booking with this company. I ordered 25 London transport cards and have not received them. Despite multiple follow-ups, Matt keeps making promises but never delivers. He refuses to provide a tracking number or proof of shipment. When asked for a refund, he goes silent.

This website should be taken down, as it is misleading and harmful to the travel industry.

Avoid this company at all costs! Do not risk losing your money.

This site is a scam. We ordered Oyster cards and they never arrived. Promises to follow up yet still nothing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If there was zero stars, Matt would have got that.
Started off with impression that booking was all ok - and then once full payment was made, multiple delay tactics in getting documentation, ending up getting something that was made up on a word document.
Needless to say, arrived at said starting point, with no booking made for the 8 day rail tour, leaving two elderly ladies $6000 out of pocket and no accommodation or arrangements booked for the 8 days.

Booked a 4 day Edinburgh package with Matt from Experience UK.
This man is a scammer so beware!
He only paid $400 of our Edinburgh hotel accommodation, leaving us to pay the remaining $1800. He made hollow promises to myself and Ibis Edinburgh about transferring the money, which never happened.
The gutless coward now does not respond to emails from myself or Ibis.
Matt has no scruples about ripping off unwary people. If it seems to good to be true, it is, do be careful.
