Scamers, unprofessional l, unethical company. I paid close to $4500 for web site, hosting and app development. They agreed to do it 60 days. 4 months passed, I disputed and they beg me to reconsider and I did again they agreed to do it short period after I fully paid. I paid fully it took them another 3 months. I was done with them I disputed expense fir app build leaving hosting and WordPress web design. Because I disputed the poor work on app design now they suspended my hosting account which I paid 699$ for a year. This guys are criminals.

Anybody who is reading need to be carefully. My evaluation about them is they are only good for WordPress instalation period.

Scamers refund my money

Wish you could give neg stars. EWD is a total fraudulent company. Website was designed by copying another companies webdesign and still had other co name on the site, after asking numerous times to fix it they never did. Then we are told that there was a violation from the hosting company that they use knownhost (not the hosting company whatsoever), we rec an email from them (EWD) not knownhost, that our website has been suspended, when you lookup the domain info, they purchased it using their info so we can never get that domain name transfered to us bc they claimed it. Our website is not up and we have no access to it whatsoever. DO NOT DO BIZ WITH THEM!!!

As they are not answering calls after giving fake dates to call me an discuss project.I’m witnessing a robbery in progress.they sound professional.but it’s the typical scam.just go directly to the source like wix or something.why give your money away?

Experts Web Designs was reliable, feasible, and efficient in the process of building a website for my small business. They were always accessible and on top of everything that needed to be completed to get my website up and running!

FRAUDLENT COMPANY! Took my money, stole my domain name, and blocked me from calling. They told me they would have a website done in 30 days. They dragged it out EIGHT MONTHS. And I now have no way to access my domain name or my web page. They have blocked me from calling and won't reply to emails. Beware of this company!

Horrible service. I have been dealing with them for over 6 months and still can't access my email and the website is not functional. All calls go to automated voice mail. Takes 3 days for them to call back.

Experts Web Design helped us in recreating our brand! We had a website that was kinda basic and I’d say boring. EWD has been great. They exceeded what I was looking for and the support team has been fabulous working with me, a technically challenged individual. Arnold who has been my contact has been extremely patient explaining things to me and also giving me advice and guiding me through the use of the web site. Wish I'd contacted EWD sooner.

This place is a very good scam. $1000.00 later and I received a logo lol. All I can do is laugh but this please is a joke and they’ll be shut down before long because of poor business practices. I don’t doubt someone received a working website from these folks before…ultimately it’s a scam. Find someone else for your development needs

Kevin was by far one if the best reps . Very responsive to text.. which much better then emails and phone calls.. he follows up on any requests promptly and gets back to me.. with my bust schedule it's refreshing not to have to be on hold or tracking down a rep.. even when I call him he answers.. I would recommend this service to my friends.. #Maximillian

I hired a couple of other web design companies and was very dissatisfied with the outcome, and had lost some of my money. So when I saw the advertisement for expertswebdesigns on Facebook, I was very skeptical and worried that this was nothing but a scam. I spoke to Luke and Daniel and they assured me that they were real and not scamming me for my money. Well, I am very happy that I gave them a chance. This company is for real. I have a working website that I absolutely love. My girlfriend said it was “classy”. It’s easy to add products, manage inventory, and just manage the website on my own. However, you still have a dedicated project manager to handle any and all website issues.
Luke and Daniel and their team worked with me to make sure that the website was exactly as I wanted. Whatever changes I wanted, they did with no problems. They will still make changes after the website is up and running. They now handle my advertising and web hosting. I find that this company really cares about their clients needs and wants. They will take the extra effort to make sure that you are satisfied with your website or any product that you purchase from them.

EWD is the best. I worked with Kevin... The guy is amazing: patient, caring, empathetic... He really makes you feel welcome and you know your site is being taken care of. He is also knowledgeable and gives great advice. The process is clear and they deliver as promised. Go nowhere els... This is it!

I give them 1 star because there isn't anyway to give them something lower. If you like to be put off, lied to, given the bum's rush for payment and then have money stolen from you...this is the right firm for you. I paid for them to design my website and then Daniel kept after me to pay them for hosting, promising me that everything would be completed. This was months ago and still they have not updated my site. I told them that they would not be hosting my website. I moved hosting away from them and they are disputing the charge to get paid for hosting which they are not doing. I've been in business successfully for a long time and never needed a website, but decided to showcase my successes on my own website. Dealing with them was a constant pain and struggle filled with broken promises.

Very professional, Great experience!

Awful communication. They give all this information about times and they don’t follow it. Promise a 100% money back on anything they do. I asked for a refund, they said they had to pass it to another department. I finally get something saying its being processed. Guess what, they charged me again for the service instead of the refund. No one will communicate what’s going on. Buyers beware.

I worked with Luke and Xavier . They walk me through the whole process of building my website and they did a magnific job. I am very happy with my website and with the great customer service experience they provided . I will definitely use them on my next project .

I worked with Xavier and I must say although a long it was well worth. We had several phone calls to figure out what I needed for my website he was very friendly and very patient. I will use him again for all my projects.
