Exploding Bakery Avis 

This latest book is such a disappointment. There are too many vegan etc recipes, not my thing at all. Unlike the first book I was not inspired to make any of the recipes which makes the purchase a waste of money. The first book was brilliant and I was hoping for another just like it with inspirational cakes and bakes.

The same thing happened to 2 separate orders on same day to same address - would have ordered better value larger pack but had wanted express delivery
Could something be written to the postman on the package ??

Absolutely delicious brownies. And we tasted a few different varieties (classic, salted caramel and peanut butter). Beautiful packaging, would make a lovely gift (if you’re so inclined to share…). We’ll definitely be ordering again.

For the last two weeks we have been nibbling our way through Exploding bakery's salted caramel gluten free brownie. It is hands down the best b*&%<÷y brownie we have ever tasted. Absolutely delicious!! Well done for mastering the craft of brownie baking 👏👏👏👏❤️

Ordered brownies to send to my daughter at university. They arrived on time and in excellent condition and she said they were delicious.

Web site stated next day delivery & as it was a Christmas gift we waited until a week before. You then informed us that there was an error with the web & the package was not delivered until 3rd January.
However I had good communication with your team.

I ordered the Christmas cake traybake for my coeliac friend & it was a total hit!
She bought me a piece to try & it was absolutely delicious, so moist & orangey & much lighter than the usual Christmas cake - I shall definitely be ordering again !

I ordered the book first and then 2 baking trays.
Both orders arrived promptly and the quality and packaging was of a high standard. Looking forward to trying lot of recipes.

Exploding Bakery is fantastic! I had a last minute birthday idea for my sister and wanted to send her a sweet treat even though I can't be with her to light the candles and share it. Wow quick delivery and amazing brownies which awe addictive also had a white chocolate and raspberry cake which is delish delosh . Made with butter and no oils thank you I will be back

I ordered a Gluten free Orange, Almond & Pecan traybake for my Brothers Birthday.
He is Gluten intolerant it can be hard to find good GF recipes or a good celebration cake in supermarkets.

Exploding Bakery did not disappoint, it was delicious, moist, had a great texture and everyone enjoyed it. It was well packaged arrived in good condition and on time on the day required.

I'm fortunate enough to live close to the business so have tried other cakes in the great cafe, they are all equally as good. Their coffee is great too, but probably wouldn't ship as well as the cake did.

I would give 6 stars if there was a option to pick up online orders in town. There is the option to pick it up in person from the warehouse if local which is good but I was unable to do that this time. Hopefully in town collection might available in the future.
