Took 9 days to get here and it’s cracked

My order has not arrived. Got a email saying it was shipped. Never arrived they then said it was not shipped. Next, it’s been shipped but Royal Mail forgot to collect it. Was promised a refund and that has not happened.
The phone number on website is not manned as never answered.
I now have to go to credit card company to get money back.
Not recommended.

Just what I needed and really good quality.

BBQ arrive damaged. I sent an email to them but had no response. Tried to call but the member is not working, so there is no way to get in contact with them.

The BBQ it’s self seems like it would be great if it was not for the current damage( must have had a real hard beating to damage it like that)
But as I am unable to get hold of the company to resolve this issue I am unable to give them a better review.

Item didn't arrive, cannot contact the seller via email, phone or website. Courier says the seller must contact them.

Go to temu and buy exactly the same thing for cheap. The lid is plastic and you’re only ok with that if you want plastic in your food. It doesn’t say this and when I found out, I wanted to immediately return before use. They wouldn’t give me a return slip. Again, go to temu, you don’t need to pay this much.

Asked for refund as first unit did not heat the food, they sent a replacement instead. Second unit arrived, works better than the first, heats ok after an hour of heating.
Does not do what is advertised, battery only lasts an hour, if use the timer with the heat function food does not get hot enough to eat or is completely cold and battery is flat after an hour running time total.
Would not recommend the product for the cost.

Terrible product the lunchbox. Mine arrived and was faulty. I requested a refund and was requested to send a photo and video to show it not working. Numerous emails later I still did not get a response until I lodged a dispute. I was then sent a replacement when I had specifically requested a refund as I was very concerned about the quality of the product. I contacted and stated again I wanted a refund and was told I would have to pay the postage to return the replacement lunchbox( which I did not want)to New Zealand, even though the product was not at an acceptable quality, it did not work. I had to also send a photo and video to show the package of the replacement lunchbox to prove it was unopened. Oh my goodness terrible company to deal with and quality poor. Don’t buy it!!!

Overall a great transaction, I am quite pleased. The packaging could have been better, though. That is my only recommendation for improvement. Shipping from UK to Bulgaria involves at least two different couriers. A plastic bag is not the best.

They are a fab business. They had what I wanted, a camping coffee set, at a great price. When I messed up the delivery address the communication was spot on to help me sort the situation I’d caused. Would definitely recommend them 👍

this company is a joke,i placed an order for one box of 200 air rifle pellets which is about the same size of a matchbox and twelve days later still no sign of it,i emailed them and they made an excuse saying that royal mail were behind with orders,what rubbish because they left me a slip saying there was extra postage to be paid by the sender before they would deliver it,its pathetic for an item costing £2.69,,disgraceful company,keep away from this outfit.
