Moving in the wrong direction
I have been using the software for years, spent tens of thousands of dollars across probably 40 or more events, and the bugs keep getting worse, the redesign is worse than the original, and it just seems that everything is moving backwards instead of forwards.

Been a long time customer
Been a long time customer, they upgraded their platform and now its not functioning the way it did and i asked for support and they said i was on the DIY program. They havent got back to me. Very disappointed in the customer service.Update! The company did follow up with me and fixed my issue. I am now satisfied with there follow up.
