Found this company on the internet and thought I would try them. Great price for the coffee beans, fast delivery, what more can I say, I will certainly use them again

Although there was a supplier issue with the matcha I originally ordered Kaif quickly informed and resolved the issue. I’m very pleased with the alternative received.
Placed order. Waiting 2 weeks. Then they repaid purchase money back into our account. WITH no explanation why they had not made a delivery of the Nescafé coffee Beans. !!! Why no exclamation

We're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience.
After investigating your order, we can confirm that it was dispatched and delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout. We supplied the tracking information and delivery confirmation, including photographic evidence, which shows the parcel was successfully delivered and received by the receptionist at the address entered on the order.
We understand that mistakes can occasionally happen when entering delivery details. However, our records show that the order was shipped to the exact address provided at the time of purchase. In accordance with our delivery policy, customers have up to 24 hours after placing an order to request any amendments to their delivery address. Unfortunately, no such request was received before dispatch.
We appreciate that this situation is frustrating, but as the order was delivered to the address supplied during checkout, we are unable to accept responsibility for any address error entered when the order was placed.
If you would like to discuss the matter further, please contact our customer service team directly and we will be happy to review any additional information you may have.
