Re. Order No.: 96452: Ordered a gift to be delivered on Valentine's Day, Feb 14, for which they charged an extra premium charge on top of normal shipping cost. It is now Feb 19 and nothing has been delivered. A complete scam, taking your money and delivering nothing. Stay far away from this dishonest unrelieable thieving company.

Never use this company. Ordered fruit basket for person who had come out of hospital. Order was delivered very late rotting fruit and Christmas chocolates (despite it being weeks after )

Promised an alternate delivery which never happened and now not responding to any emails since 3 weeks

I received a fruit basket from expressgiftservice.co.uk and was really impressed. It was very well packaged in a lovely basket, with a great selection of high-quality fruits with mix of fresh, juicy fruits along with some exotic varieties and dried fruits. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. A wonderful gift, recommended.

I recently ordered a fruit basket for delivery to London by Express Gift Service UK, and I’m very impressed with the service. The website was easy to navigate, and the delivery was prompt and on time. The quality of the fruits was outstanding and fresh, vibrant, beautifully packed in a basket. It made for a perfect gift! I’ll definitely be using Express Gift Service again for future purchases. It's Highly Recommended.

After taking the money, they emailed me saying they couldn't deliver because of the location (Scotland). When I asked for a refund, some person named Faheem confirmed that the order cancellation has been been updated and a refund will be issued. I neither received a final confirmation email nor a refund and they just stopped responding to my follow up.

Avoid these scammers. Hopefully these horrible people get what they deserve

I ordered a “Classic Fruit Basket” for my son’s birthday and was pleased to receive it with fresh fruits. I can never forget the smile on his face when he received such a beautiful basket. It’s a great gift idea that works in any situation.

I’ve tried several online fruit stores, but Express Gift Service UK stands out. I ordered a fruit basket for my mother; she was very happy with the service because fruits were incredibly fresh - especially the apple and berries. Everything was perfectly packed and arrived on requested day. Prices are reasonable, and customer service is quick to respond. Highly recommended!

What a shame we have to give a star in order to leave a review, because I'd definitely not give any . This company sends out items that doesn't match how it is on the website, infact it gets sent like a 5 year old has done it , or it's been done in the back of a kitchen and come from market place. They also miss items of the order , this for the shocking price , I'd have been able to get from one town to the other buy fruit and biscuits that are displayed better and all presented nice than what the gift received for a birthday present. then this company ignores one online submission of a complaint form and two emails to their email address. They clearly just like taking money and producing items of less value than that shown on their website and don't do as advertised, " false advertising" avoid this company if looking for a different gift because you will waist money , and time . Simply bad all round !!

Please do not take a gamble with this company if you do be prepared you may loose your money.
I ordered as a gift for Someone , they delivered it to the wrong address, when I told them they said it had been delivered to wrong address, they said check the neighbours and they will investigate.
The neighbours claim they did not receive anything.
Rang them back they said they will investigate.
Now 10 days later they are ignoring my calls, not replying to email, and no replies to customer service messages.
Really unprofessional now you need to get hold of them they not answering.

I received a basket of fruit from them. Marked for same day delivery, arrived 2 days late, packet marked fragile was crushed, contents damaged and partially rotting. I rang them with no reply, left a message with my number and heard nothing from them. They simply aren't interested.

Avoid this company. Fruit and Cheese hamper sent to me as a gift was a rotten mess within 36 hours of delivery. Hardly any of the contents was edible. Terms and conditions onerous, you have to report concerns within 24hrs. They work on the basis that recipients will not report concerns to their friends and family who sent the gift. Prices are crazy for the quality of what turns up.

I received an "Assorted Chocolate Basket" as a gift. I believe it arrived on the correct, celebratory date, was packed well with good instructions for the delivery driver. It had 8 Blue riband biscuits, 8 Breakaway biscuits, 8 twin kit kits, 4 mini packets of rolos and 9 mini Twix. My husband thought the contents a bit strange (he frequently sends chocolate gifts bought online) and when he looked it up on Express Gifts website, it bears no resemblance to the photo on their website. On there it shows 10 different chocolate types and states: This hamper product contains:

Clearly not what arrived! I will email the company, but from other reviews, I doubt I will hear anything back and as a gift, it puts you in a difficult position as to whether you mention it to the sender!

I chose the flowers carefully & deliberately got some that came with a vase. They were delivered to my daughter in Toronto . They arrived on the correct day but unfortunately were left outside in the sun & when they were found they had wilted & were dead the next day. The vital vase was not there! Appalling service, lack of communication & totally misleading advertising. I have emailed the company several times & as yet have not had a satisfactory reply. I paid £73 for dead flowers & no vase. Needless to say I shall never use this dreadful company again. A complete waste of money.

Received this gift from a thoughtful family member. However quite a few bits of the fruit were not edible some squashed and others bad. Shame as we love fruit and would have been a perfect gift.

Excellent quality and great selection of fresh fruits. packed carefully and next day delivered by courier at the reception of her university halls. My daughter enjoyed all the fruits and everything arrived in perfect condition. Saved a lot of time on her grocery shopping as all she had to do was collect her parcel from reception at her flat

Hamper was lovely, fresh fruit and just one over ripened nectarine.
Kept me updated throughout delivery of status.
Just very expensive for what it is really for 17 pieces of fruit.
Was nice though and my sister was happy with it.
