Excellent service so far, but we haven't got the pond liner installed yet, so this is a comment on the service and not on the product itself.

I was uncertain if the paint I had requested was right for the job the chap I spoke to answered all my questions and helped me with my purchase.
The paint very easy to apply and covered better than I was expecting and looked really good when down.
Very pleased all round.

Websites states colours in stock . Paid a lot of money to then be told items are not in stock but have alternative colours available .
Sneaky way to take your money and offer a product you don’t really want . Now have to wait 10 days for a refund .

Ordered Mega Floor Gym Matting tiles. This company offered the cheapest prices online. Delivery was sent out within 4 days. Danny was very helpful. They could improve their service by sending a delivery tracker number when the item has been dispatched. Overall pleased with the product and service.

The help and patience of the person I spoke to on the phone was exceptional customer service. My parcel arrived on time and the product was exactly as advertised.

Purchased some rubber mats, the product was extremely poor, didn't correctly fit, left gaps everywhere. The company refused to resolve the issue instead saying 'Just fill the gaps with silicon'!

I cannot recommend, please find a better company.

We bought some interlocking playground matting and were really pleased with the quality and how quickly they were delivered. The whole transaction was really smooth and easy - thank you. The delivery driver was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble when I had one pallet delivered to the front of my property and one pallet to the back of my property.

Excellent customer service, they really go above and beyond. I accidentally ordered the wrong numbers of some matting edge-pieces, as I misunderstood the shape of the corner pieces. I contacted the seller -- they responded immediately and sent me a free replacement for the four edge-pieces I'd messed up. It was totally my fault but they made it right for me anyway. Top marks!

I am really pleased with the service and communication of the staff by e-mail and over the phone in their dealings with my order. Initially, there was a problem so I was offered an alternate colour way for the rubber matting I had ordered. I received advice by e-mail & phone & they kept me informed every step of the way. I was sent the adhesive (free) I needed for the matting as well as locator pins. Everything arrived when I was told it would.

Used grass matting to fill cells with small smoothe round chippings for my parking area in the front of my house. Excellent result and stops chippings being carried out on to the pavement and road.
