Extreme Homecare Oven Cleaning Avis

I was behind one of your vans in the coop car park (CD59 XWM) and he stopped in the middle of the car park, due to me being in a new car I accidentally pressed my my horn and the driver got out giving me a load of abuse, it was clear to see the anger in his face as his chin and forehead was shaking. Who ever this driver was he is a vile male who clearly takes his kicks of threatening two women.

Totally unprofessional and totally wasn't needed.

Steve R has just cleaned my oven , cooker hood and washing machine and did a brilliant job on all three of them . He was worked quickly and efficiently with very little mess .

Extreme have been great for all the years I have had cover, however, decided to cancel and it’s then a different matter …. I had full years Jan/Dec and they saying contract started mid year….
Can’t refund any months paid so have to now pay one off for single item.

Awful, broke my oven and customer service was non existent! Fooled me into paying for an additional 3 cleans for the price of 2 but wont answer or provide the service??? Really disappointed!!!!

Ovens were not cleaned they were broke by one of their incompetent workers,
Absolutely disgusting behaviour and no customer service. Telephone operators are all useless and liars. As they say. What goes around comes around. I would never recommend this company, tThey broke my oven and refuse to acknowledge their wrong doings. They use cheap shop bought products . AVOID!!!

The first clean was good. The second was appalling. Stains and cleaning fluid residue everywhere. Kitchen floor and cupboards covered in gunk. Had to clean it myself afterwards

Gisteren is Simon bij ons geweest in Groningen en hij heeft super werk afgeleverd!

Hij was ontzettend vriendelijk en duidelijk in zijn uitleg over wat hij ging doen. Van tevoren gaf hij direct aan dat de vlekken van de markeerstift mogelijk niet helemaal zouden verdwijnen, wat we erg waardeerden. Het is fijn dat de verwachtingen vooraf zo duidelijk werden besproken.

Uiteindelijk hebben we nu een schone bank en eetkamerstoelen. De markeerstiftvlekken zijn inderdaad niet volledig weg, maar wel aanzienlijk minder zichtbaar en prettig dat Simon dit meteen eerlijk aangaf.

Wij zijn zeker tevreden!

One word ‘unreliable’ 2 no shows without communication and last ‘red’ priority 3/4 hours late

Amazing clean of my oven, hob and washing machine. Chris was punctual, diligent and hard working. He cleaned up after he had finished the job and my appliances are like new. Thank you so much Chris and see you next year as I have an annual cleaning plan in place.

On the whole I have found the cleaning service to be really good especially the oven cleaning service, however one of the cleaning technicians dropped part of his cleaning tool in the drawer of my washing machine but said it wouldn't affect the machine. I have been reporting this to the company for over a year and have always been told that a technician would be out to fix it in my next clean (I've had two cleans since then and neither technician knew anything about it).
I have now had to call out my appliance insurance company to fix the machine as it now sounds like its about to take off and the noise is horrendous, there are also some black marks appearing on some of the lighter and white clothing which never happened before.
I called Extreme Homecare this morning to explain the issue yet again and also stress that I have now had to call in a different company to fix their error, the lady I spoke to was quite dismissive, said she knew nothing about it even though I explained everything then hung up.
They really need to work on their customer service skills as currently it is way below average especially considering their company is at fault.
It is impossible to be wrong and strong, so an attitude adjustment is definitely required for some if your staff.

I had my oven cleaned in 2023 and they did a really good job, however when I rebooked this time to get my oven and extractor fan cleaned, I was quite clear that the fan was the main thing I needed cleaning and they said that was fine. I was given a quote but when the technician arrived, he said it'd be an additional £40 which I agreed to. I also explained to him that the main focus needed to be the extractor fan. The technician then completed the clean and left. I removed the extractor fan covers and the amount of grease still on the fan was shocking. It didn't look like it had been cleaned at all.

I called Extreme Homecare Oven Cleaning who were apologetic and said they'd send another technician to do a “reclean” which is funny since the fan looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. I was told it'd be an afternoon appointment a few days later. I would be out at that time so asked someone to be home specifically for the appointment. When I got home, I was told no one showed up. I called and was told the technician unfortunately didn't complete his jobs and was unable to make it and that they did try to call me to let me know. The next slot they had available was over a week later. I was told it'd be a morning appt probably to make sure the technician had time to come. On the 2nd rebooked appt, I waited in all morning only for no one to show up, I did however get a call at 13:30 to say the technician was 15 minutes away which was fine. However, 6 minutes later I got another call to say the technician had issues with his brakes and was at a garage and may not be able to attend the appointment but hopefully he would still come. Obviously this was a huge inconvenience as I specifically stayed home for this and now was staying home for a "maybe he'll come." At around 16:30 no one showed up so I called their customer service line and was advised that the technician wouldn't be able to attend but that they could book me in for the following Friday. I'd already had to move around my schedule twice for these revisits that now I just don't trust they'll turn up. I get it, car issues can't be helped but at least have the decency to keep me in the loop. The man on the phone seemed confident he'd still turn up but I knew no one would.

At this point, I'd wasted so much time and effort to stay in for this appointment that I thought a partial refund should be made so that I could get the extractor fan cleaned by another company but this was refused and I was told they'd really like a chance to redeem themselves after the first "clean." I'd already given them two chances to redeem themselves but it’s clear at this point that recleans are not a priority.

I sent a detailed email to their customer service team and was ignored. Great customer service there.

Very pleased with my oven clean - alway use this company. Very professional, they call 10-20 min before arrival. My oven is looking brand new ! 100 % recommend this company.

Onze oven en vaatwasser zijn als nieuw. Jeffrey is professioneel, vriendelijk en beleefd.

Ik wacht nog steeds op mijn geld want dat hadden ze beloofd…. Maar Extreme Homecare gaat Extreem want ze willen kij alleen terug betalen als ik mijn slechte eerlijke review verwijder omg dat is tocht te gek voor woorden, dat heeft met een moeilijke woord chantage kijk uit voor deze mensen je bent gewaarschuwd

Waardeloos. Afspraak gemaakt, zouden +- 9:00 bij ons zijn. Om 14:30 was er nog niemand. Toen gemaild. Zelfs op mail nooit een reactie gekregen, inmiddels meer dan een week verder. Onbetrouwbaar bedrijf in mijn ogen.

I have used this company for a number of years and disappointed in the lack of Customer Service from the management when there employee causes damage.
I had an oven cleaner by Tom and left him to do the job. Oven was ok not as good as the previous clean but I thought I could just wipe it myself! Then when I went to the sink the bowl had been removed and left on the side and inside my grey sink which wasn’t very old, looked as though he had cleaned it with a bristle pad as all the grey was off and there was loads of scratches so this was now white. Also there was a strong smell in the sink of the oven solution. When he came back he said he had only washed his hands and placed a bucket in, but he was also tipping water in it so I know he tried to clean the dirt after tipping the water down the drain(he was making out I was a liar) the previous guy knew the sinks material and tipped the water outside and was so careful.
I have emailed the management twice with no reply, and now cancelled my contract with them, as I know they won’t replace it or refund me the damaged caused as they can’t even contact me.
I’m so disappointed and never thought they would be so unprofessional in dealing with something that was their employee fault. I run a business with 30,000 followers and if there’s a problem would deal with it as customer service is important.

After a week of the email to the manager I have still not received an email back, disappointing customer service!!!!

Jacob did a wonderful job with our oven, hob and washing machine. The oven especially is now gleaming and looks brand new! Jacob is a hard-working young man who is very friendly, polite and considerate. It was a pleasure to have him in our house, and we are delighted with the results. Thank you Jacob!

Inderdaad schoon maar ik zit met een kapotte oven die kortsluiting maakt en een vaatwasser die na een paar stuiptrekkingen nu helemaal niks meer doet. Ik wil ze nog een kans geven dit op te lossen maar gezien het aantal 1* reviews heb ik daar een hard hoofd in.

I have used this company every time I need my oven cleaned, Great service, good value, with good communication throughout. Jacob came this time to clean my oven he was very polite and has done a fantastic clean on my oven it's like new again. Highly recommend him.
