Ordered early November 2021 for Christmas presents, was told January 2022 that they could not supply goods. Absolute shambles of a company
Apesar de responderem aqui a dizer que analizaram a minha situação e que iriam me responder diretamente, ninguéme respondeu nada e nem sequer solucionaram nada!!!! Receberam o pagamento e nao enviaram produto nenhum!
They are selling products that didn't make it past prototype stage. Absolute fraud
Shambles. Absolutely awful company. Products are in stock but waited weeks and didn't receive. Cancelled my order now. Luckily I paid via paypal so I will definitely get my refund. They don't answer emails either and will probably blame Covid which is not a good enough excuse anymore. Time for companies to stop hiding behind the pandemic and operate as they should!

The worst experience I ever had buying online. Last month in march, i bought a few things on their online shop, things that where going to be sended on 5 of april. When I saw it wasn’t sended I tryed to talk with them and the answer I get it 9 days later, saying that they don’t know where isone of the clothes I bought that they should have it but maybe it would be nice to wait a few days and cancel the order I did to them. so I waited until the next day that they said they will send it(14 of april).on 18 of April and boring of wait i cancelled part of the order. Lets see if now it that’s came and let’s see id they give me back the miney of the item I cancelled because they didn’t tell me anything about it. Last time I buy here.
Also they erased my last review about this same order so here it is again for you Internet people.

Excellent first experience. Original GoPro products at an unbeatable price. Considering the competitive shipping cost, I have to say that delivery was pretty fast with Spring and SDA Crono (Spain to Italy via Paris in 1 week).

It states that my order (order number 16206442) had shipped. But there was no tracking number given
I ordered a few items and never got an email to confirm, but the money came straight out, so I waited a few days and sent an email to question this and had no reply. Did this a few times and after 5 or 6 days after placing the order I got a response say some items wasn't in stock and had to wait another week for them to arrive and then be dispatched from Spain to the UK. I wasn't happy and sent an email to cancel the order, got a response saying the order will be with me at some time, so I replied saying it hasn't been dispatched or even in stock and want to cancel it. They ignored my email and this happened 5 more times until my order arrived about 3 weeks later. I would avoid this company and shop elsewhere, they just want your money and don't care about customer service.
Very bad experience with Extremeinn.com. Trustpilot seems to be related to this company & covering up. 90% of all customer comments give Extremeinn (1) star or less. Poorly rated, yet Trustpilot gives a very high rating!!! Astonishing & shameful. Avoid both.

Great service with quick delivery! I ordered a pair of Nike trainers online on 17/12/19. I had never used ExtremeInn before but it was the only website that had my size in the trainers I was after. On the same day I got an e-mai confirming my order and also another e-mail advising that my order had been shipped. My order arrived on 23/12/19 in a box that wasn't damaged. I am extremely pleased with the trainers which are in perfect condition as you'd expect when purchasing new. The overall service was fantastic. The website advised that my order would arrive before Christmas which was the case. I hadn't read any reviews of the site before making my purchase or to be honest it would have probably put me off. Although based on my own experience I have nothing but positive words to say about the service I received and I would definitely use the website again.
two weeks of waiting, never got it, contacts dont work, gave me traking number, soon as you check it, says delivery company never got it yet, trying to contact them for like two working days no luck. will wait for few more days and cancel my order, shame. WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND TO ANYONE.

I already tried everything to contact the tradeinn store, but they no longer give me more possibility of dialogue and already closed the support ticket to my complaint.

Initially I was bit sceptical about this company because they had such a good price on some of the items. Its about half what it would cost here in UK and I found some bad reviews about them therefore I used paypal so no matter what would happened I would get my money back. I ordered two hats they shipped the order following day and it arrived in UK from SPAIN in 5 days. This is Spanish company so if you ordering from UK dont expect next day delivery unless you pay fortune for shipping.
One thing to remember is its kinda problematic with returns because you have to ship it back to Spain with recorded delivery and it cost quite a bit so before you buy measure everything 3 times and be sure this is the right size.
All in all Im super happy with the order because I save about 15£ on each hat including shipping if I bought exactly the same item here in UK
I ordered a nutcase helmet for my 1 yo son because it was way more expensive in amazon uk which is where we always shop and I couldn’t find the model I wanted anywhere else. After placing the order I found the reviews here and panicked. Luckily, I received the helmet via An Post within timeframe and it arrived in perfect condition.
Honestly I don’t think I’ll ever order again, though, as I feel I just got lucky. I don’t want to have to deal with international shipping if I ever have to make a return or exchange. Don’t get me wrong, I have ordered bikes from Woom in Austria, Burley trailers from Germany, tons of stuff from England and I live in Ireland. Never had a problem. The thing is this company has way too many negative reviews and that cannot be a coincidence. Sorry, but I rather not risk it. I don’t want to push my luck!
