Too slow delivery from china. You will become half bald till you receive shower filter at your doorstep. Still waiting after 20 days.

Mine broke also after a year, and the worst part is that it is not effective at all with softening water. I tested my water, and it is still hard and leaves my hair dry and frizzy. Look elsewhere for something more effective!

Don't buy products from this crappy company. I bought a shower head (Exolux Ultimate Pack) for 41 dollars 1,5 years ago, and already it is broken! The metal handle has now several cracks in it, from which water is spurting in all directions, and the metal has begun to flake a little on different parts (seems to just be thin layer of metal over plastic). I wrote to the customer service to ask for a replacement or refund, but they just told me you have to clean it (which I have) and since it was "so long ago" since I bought it (1,5 years for a shower head!!!!!) they wouldn't replace it or give any refund, but told me I was welcome to buy a spare part from their shop.
They try to pride themselves for being "earth friendly" or earth conscious or whatever, but clearly they make cheap quality products that are only expected to last less than two years, meaning you have to throw it away and buy new, and they are clearly also aware of it since they won't issue any refunds or replacements.

Honestly, save your money and buy a better quality product from a well-known and premium brand instead of wasting your money at this cheap crap.

I'm using the Ecolux shower head from Exult Planet for a year now, and also the faucet filter aerator and both are amazing. The pressure increased drastically and the faucet filter aerator is also wow.
Also in regards to their customer support...it's extremely fast and always will to help. So my personal experience was great.

Har bestilt Ecolux Ultimate Pack. Pakken er kommet inden jul, så det var dejligt. Og der er god kontakt til dem, når man har spørgsmål. Dog er jeg ikke glad for produktet. Pladen med de små huller var hurtig tilstoppet med kalk, sådan at jeg efter 5 anvendelser skulle pille brusehoved fra hinanden for at rense pladen.
Dette skal man dog være meget forsigtigt med, for hvis man kommer til at tænde for vandet, uden at have sat det hele korregt på plads igen, bliver enkelte dele skyllet ud igen. Dette gjorde ved mig, at jeg ikke længere kan indstille de tre justeringer på siden af brusehovedet.

Jeg har ikke gjort min indsats for at retunere eller genbestille, så det kan jeg ikke udtale mig om.

Jeg bruger nu mit gamle brusehoved igen.

Det lille brusehoved til håndvasken fungerer til gengæld fint og er fortsat i brug.

Bestilte “Ecolux Ultimate Pack” den 8. December med en forventet leveringstid på 15 hverdage. Produktet kom den 31 december med DAO, så gratis fragt med lidt ventetid, det er sku fint
Har været i kontakt med deres kundeservice og fået fin behandling, intet at klage over herfra
Indtilvidere godt produkt, kan reelt mærke bedre tryk på vandet og nu lækker mit brusehovede ikke længere
