We've had our miners hosted @ EZBlockchain for over a year. Their sites are way too unstable. The downtime is absurd. They guarantee 90% uptime, but they have had way less uptime than 90%, and yet we have never seen a credit for the downtime. We've requested to get out of our contract b/c they aren't holding to their side of it. They denied our request, and now they aren't responding to our attempt to contact them. Never use this company as your miner host! It's horrible!

Do not interact with them !!!!! I've tried to contact them multiple times and they aren't transparent with their hosting prices.

I reached out to EZB to host about 50 of my miners that I was moving from another site, they immediately responded and had a professional call where they took time to understand my needs and some unique requirements. I was able to get a better rate than my previous host, I will be purchasing my ASICs directly from them on my next expansion orders. Overall great experience, miners are humming along making SATS, communications are good and billing is simple. Good people, good Company.

Miguel helped me get started up. He kept me in contact, and they sent me the onboarding form the same day I signed the contract. Everything they do is so professional, they sent me a form to put my pool information and once my ASICs arrived at Georgia I was up and running within the next day.

I would say ticket response is kind of long because they didn't respond till the second day for one of my tickets which was a little too long for me. But usually, they'll respond within the same day, or 24 hours.

Support team does a great job letting me know when and how long it'll be before my tickets get answered. I am very pleased with my choice and planned to host more with them in the future.

Signed up for hosting 8 machines. Provisioned on the 6th and got a bill for the next month already. Whatever day your machine is provisioned - you pay for the full month. Their quotation is inclusive of power and they switch off power the minute it becomes expensive in south Carolina

Mandatory curtailment: they put your machines on “sleep mode” according to their emails. My experience - they switch off ans switch on your mining machines. aSIC machines are not built for being switched off and on 7 time in 7 days… 7 of my 8 machines have failed in 13 days and now I have to pay for the entire hosting and electricity for all machines.

Stay away from this scammers. no proper response and they keep you in dark
