I needed a curtain rail for a bay window and, after doing some research, came across Eze Curtains. They stood out for their customer service and they absolutely lived up to their reputation.

Lee was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. From our very first email exchange, I felt confident I was in good hands. I sent him photos of my bay window and he recommended the most suitable rail, taking the time to ask all the right questions to make sure I ended up with a solution I'd be happy with.

His knowledge and attention to detail were exceptional, and the result speaks for itself. The rail is extremely sturdy, looks fantastic, and fits perfectly.

Having recently gone through a major home renovation, I've dealt with a lot of suppliers and trades. Looking back, I can't help but think how many mistakes I could have avoided if everyone had been as knowledgeable, responsive, and customer-focused as Lee.

Ordered a track for a Victorian bay and Lee went out of his way to help me get the measurements right. It’s better to use two people to mark and fit the screws but it looks so much better than one where they literally bend it with their hands! Quality and service! Highly recommend!

Got a referral from a relative, who is another happy customer. The site is useful and the company itself is extremely helpful in guiding you through the process. Their custom made solutions are great. Installation is straightforward and easy to follow. I’m extremely happy with my bay curtain rail and was able to install it in a few hours (relaxed pace). Brilliant. So helpful, and looks so much better custom made! I was sceptical but needn’t of been, Lee is very passionate about his work and even though I got the measurements wrong he guided me through it (again!) on the phone. The custom made track looks so much better than one that is just randomly bent into position. The only bit you have to be careful with is the fitting, I would have struggled on my own and do recommend you have another pair of hands but it is in two parts so can be done alone worst case. I am so pleased with the support, service and product I received from Ezecurtains that I thought it important to write a review.
I wanted to change my blinds to curtains in my bay window so researched on the internet for a bay window rail and came across this company.
I felt fully supported from my initial contact with Lee to receiving the final product. He guided me through the process via a couple of telephone calls and the video guides on their website are so helpful.
My made to measure rail arrived well packed. I did put the rail up myself but would recommend two people. The rail fitted perfectly.
What I really liked was that it was really good to talk to a person who obviously was an expert in his field.

This company is excellent. We had a complicated 6 bend bay window and the first curtain rail wasn’t bent correctly. Lee replaced it and with a little bit of help the second one fitted perfectly. It was clear that Lee was going to just keep going until it was right. The videos give really good instructions on how to fit. We ummed and ahhed for ages about whether to pay loads more for someone to fit. So glad we didn’t.

So glad I found this company. Curtains look great and run smoothly and rail is discrete but sturdy. Helpful videos. I’d recommend having returns at the end of your track as it really opens up the window and light. Communication with Lee was great and prompt. Fabulous company and service

Ezecurtains is not simply a click and deliver service. Lee is on hand at any point in your project to offer his years of experience to enable and guide you in what could be a first time DIY experience.
It certainly was a first time ceiling mount bay curtain track task for me and I was apprehensive at the outset . That apprehension soon dissolved when Lee promptly addressed a few queries and concerns that I raised.
This guidance coupled with an excellent product which is robust, yet lightweight makes for easy fitting and the resulting smooth curves of the track allow the curtains to flow effortlessly around the
bay wiindow, overlap neatly in the centre thus excluding light ingress and drafts. So no more tugging at stubborn, plastic wall mounted, track with the rucking that consequently occurs.
Eze curtains flow. They flow like a breath of fresh air. "A breath of fresh air" .. I think that might be a good way to describe my experience with Ezecurtains.

To Lee and the team at Ezecurtains, one word …PERFECT! Can’t thank you enough for the videos which were invaluable, the quality of the product, which is excellent and the swift delivery… ordered Monday, arrived Friday …. brilliant! My husband fitted it today and it was spot on, our bay has come out of the dark ages, many thanks. We are chuffed!

After ordering our curtains and track through Lee, I can honestly say I will recommend this company to everyone. Lee came to our house to measure up, gave us a bespoke service, communicated with us through out and installed some beautiful, high quality curtains that we are extremely happy with. We originally got a ridiculous quote from John Lewis for some made to measure wave curtains and a discrete track to fit in a square bay window. We found Ezecurtains online and Lee offered us the same (perhaps even better!) track and curtains for much less but as well as this, his expertise and friendly service was outstanding throughout. We will be using him again when we decorate the other rooms for sure!
