After reviewing this specific and isolated situation, we found that the issues stemmed from chargebacks related to transactions that were not properly enrolled on your POS system for the payment integration. This unfortunately, led to fraudulent activity and subsequent chargeback fees issued by the POS vendor—NOT by EZFacility.

Our team worked extensively to investigate and communicate this at the time with both parties. That said, we understand the frustration. We have always maintained the highest security measures to help prevent this type of issue. Please know we’ve done everything possible on our end to resolve this matter

Maybe not the best software for a gym

UPDATE: once my review below was seen by the company they offered to extend our trial period for the messaging system or give us a credit on our account. I wish they'd done so as soon as the problem occurred but better late than never. They did make it right. I added one star (but still not sure I'd choose this software over others).

We've used it in our gym for 6 years. It's just okay but no one wanted to go through the headache of switching to a different program. The screens are very basic and can appear cluttered, especially the scheduling screen. We got used to it though. Recently we wanted to try EZ Messaging that can send text messages to the client information on file. They supposedly allow a 30-day trial period. However, if you want to text from your phone number instead of one of those anonymous 5-digit numbers, it takes two weeks to get the number set up in their system. After two weeks they said they wouldn't complete it because my name wasn't on the phone bill! How did they not check that before they started the process? So we had to start over with someone else's name as the responsible party to match the phone bill. As a result, our 30-day "trial period" is over in two days and we haven't been able to try it at all. We asked them to extend the trial period since they are the ones that delayed the set up and they said NO. What kind of customer service is that? I'd shop around a lot before deciding on this software.

I've been using the EZ Facility…

I've been using the EZ Facility platform for many years now and find it incredibly easy to navigate. On the rare occasion that I need assistance, Sean and Lisa are always just a phone call away and ready to help. Jessica also posts regular webinars about new software and interface updates, which I find very useful. I cannot fault their service and fully intend to remain a loyal customer for years to come.
