My phone screen greened out after I dropped it so I was looking for a replacement within a reasonable price range. I found this site online and decided to go with it as it seemed a safer alternative than Gumtree or unknown resellers. The website was simple to use and had all the info I needed. A friend recommended ez mobile after I was complaining how expensive outright phones are. So glad I gave them a go as I love my ‘new’ iPhone. As an environmentally conscious individual I also like that these phones get another life too. Would go to ez mobile again for next purchase.

The team were super responsive and helpful when answering all my questions surrounding refurbished devices. I decided to take the plunge and buy an iPhone 11 Pro Max and have never been happier!
