The Faber service is most worst service cause they don't even bring the clothes to clean and they are asking for worst service waste of money
Faber is the Trustee in my bankruptcy…
Faber is the Trustee in my bankruptcy and as of today January 19,2024 my representative has not replied to my emails regarding my GST/HST rebates for which they have stated repeatedly that they do not claim for payment.
This have been left in financial hardship due to them claiming my rebate of $1284.00 and they do not respond to email and calls go to voicemail without being replied too.
Worst Products & worst Service by Faber
I have brought HOB and Chimney one year back. But I have a worst experience with HOB. Burners are Cut-off automatically. Iam facing the same problem from past 7 months. after continuous followups and repeated requests also issue was not resolved by M/s Faber team.They have changed spares also. but still issue was not resolved. Faber team is not responding. Also we have a around 25 email communications with M/s Faber . Worst Products and worst service. I have lost the hope on M/s Faber. Not recommended to buy
What has gone wrong this time....not…
What has gone wrong this time....not had a working hood since purchased from wren. Missing part and took three times to get the right part which is not the best condition you would expect for the money paid. Remote not working and big screw on it again for the money paid is not great. Would prefer a whole new replacement with all the right parts as clearly something has not been right from the start. Booking for engineer has now been pushed
back another week. Overall just wished I had not bothered but now have got a hole in my granite so I will have to carry on until something is sorted.
Faber cooker hood
Trying to get a replacement down light for our Faber cooker hood.We gave them all the product code etc,age of product,it is 3 years old so out of warranty and all we want is to buy a new downlight.Even after giving them all this information they insisted we email them and as we are both in our eighties and not very good at technical things they still would not help us.Perhaps we should have gone for a cheaper option from a DIY store,very dissatisfied with their customer help.

Ich sehe mich gezwungen einen Rechtsanwalt einzuschalten um dem einen Riegel vorzuschreiben. Das ist ja wohl das Allerletzte. Nie und nimmer mitspielen. Kann ich nur abraten.

Faber has helped me through the process…
Faber has helped me through the process of Bankruptcy. Elaine Patka met with me in person and explained everything to me. I was most disappointed to hear she was no longer with Faber. I am dealing with L.I.T.'s Michael Rowley and Stephane Rosse who are also very clear on the process. I am pleased with the service so far with Faber-my stress levels have been eased and the phone calls from the creditors have stopped. I am anxious and excited about the end of the bankruptcy this fall.

Pat and Stephane amazing staff
My experience with Faber has been wonderful and amazing because of Pat and Stephane. Initially, I was assigned to Heather from the southside office who never contacted me except through letters. I never understood why I was assigned to someone at the southside office when I filed my papers at the north end office. Then I was assigned to Sofia and she was also wonderful and put my anxieties at ease. And a few months ago, I was assigned to Stephane (who returned to the company) after Sofia left the company. Throughout everything, Pat has been a permanent fixture and always has a smile on her face when I come in every month, not to mention our conversations at her desk. Stephane has gone above and beyond to help me with my situation and puts my mind and anxieties at ease whenever I have any questions. Faber is very lucky to have Pat and Stephane and I hope this company will bend over backwards to keep them.
