The fabric was efficiently packed
The fabric was efficiently packed, so when I needed to return it, it fitted back in its original envelope with low postage cost. Susan was kind and friendly throughout, answering my emails promptly.

The service was outstanding
The service was outstanding, and the products were top-notch. Initially, I ordered one meter of trimming but soon realized I needed a second. Upon receiving my order, I found only one meter, prompting me to place another order. The woman I spoke with was very polite, apologized, refunded the initial cost, and sent the additional meter promptly. Thanks a lot; I'll surely shop here again—delivery was swift and hassle-free.
