Won't honor return policy by unwilling to pay for return shipping
I received the fabrics I ordered (IC023 Faille Jacobean blue, and red) but they were NOT the same weave as in the description, so I emailed them twice about my problem in detail, but both were the same copy-pasted directions on how to return it. They do not actually check your email, but instead have an automated robot to reply.
I called their phone number, and they KEPT ON INSISTING that it was the correct weave, but it obviously wasn't, then quickly told me that the buyer pays for return shipping. Faille is ribbed, like grosgrain, but these fabrics I received were not, instead they had a wavy texture but crinkly like crepe weave, that poorly mimics faille. Anyone can look up online Faille weave and see so many pictures of it being ribbed like grosgrain. It is also digitally printed, instead of block printed.
After they constantly insisted on the fabrics being faille, they quickly tried to end the call by telling me that "they have answered all my questions today".
Horrible customer service. I do not trust them for future orders.
