Consistent quality all round
Product delivered on time exceeded expectations for the 7th time now that I have used this service in the last year.
And somehow they manage to seem available and willing if a problem does occur, never had to test it out but that's the sense of trust they give out. Flowers are more than just a gift, they are important and emotional and this is what this company gets.
