Last year my wife spent nearly £800 on a course which was cancelled on two occasions: we've had to apply courts to reclaim the money.

Completed my vitamin training with Claire today. The clinic is set in a lovely rural location (easy to find) Was made to feel very welcome. Claire is incredibly friendly and chatty which I love. The training was very informative and she answered all my questions with explanations and fully explained the process behind the treatments. Cannot wait to book my next course with her x

Claire is such a lovely friendly lady, she really puts you at ease and is able to answer any questions you may have. I loved listening to her teach students because she is so knowledgeable and confident. The location of her new salon is amazing. I love the decor and the surroundings are beautiful. I would definietly recommend and wouldnt go anywhere else

Face forward review- AVOID COMPANY AT ALL COST! They don't deserve the 1 star. I booked to do an antiwrinkle course on which the cancelled on me twice on 2 separate days (both times on the morning of the course)- I was told the trainer had a migraine and again another time, cancelled on the day because the trainers dog was "sick" They are clearly scammers and were pushing my refund date back constantly because their bank had "issues" which I now see from other reviews that its a fake story!

After 3 months of their stalling and delay)- I had to trace them to their "course site" and demanded her to REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY! Guess what- the refund was automatically in my account within minutes! What an absolute disgrace to the owner and others working with her, SHAME ON YOU!! Work hard for your money like the rest of us do! Hope I never come in contact with you again.

I honestly can’t recommend Clare at Face Forward Academy enough. I’ve completed several different training courses with Clare over the years and every single experience has been amazing.

The training is always professional but also really relaxed and welcoming. Clare explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand, makes sure you get plenty of hands-on experience and genuinely wants every student to leave feeling confident in what they’ve learnt.

What has always stood out to me is the after-care and ongoing support. It doesn’t just stop once you’ve received your certificate — Clare has always been there if I’ve had questions or needed advice afterwards, which makes such a difference when you’re starting to offer a new treatment.

I’ve had such good experiences with the academy that I’ve even gone back several times as a model for other students on their training days, which I think says a lot about how much I trust Clare and the way she teaches.

I completed the face and body contouring course in March. Unfortunately, despite numerous attempts to follow up, I never received the machine that was included as part of the course.
I've given 2 stars because the training day itself was good but I haven't received what was advertised and included in the course. This has been very disappointing, especially after multiple attempts to resolve the issue.
